I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and Cure Hydration is one of the few I keep coming back to. I love that it’s plant-based, has no added sugar, and still actually works. No weird aftertaste, no overly sweet flavor, and no artificial junk. It mixes easily, is gentle on my stomach, and I notice a real difference in hydration, especially on busy days or when I’m not great about drinking enough water. Big bonus that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which makes it an easy yes for everyday wellness. Clean ingredients, effective hydration, and no sugar spikes — exactly what I was looking for. Love the taste! This is the best hydration packet in my opinion. I never get tired of the taste and I really appreciate they use coconut water as well. You can taste the difference. It’s not full of artificial sweeteners but still low in sugar.

This functional and yet relatively good tasting electrolyte powder is going to be a very helpful thing for you: 1) If you struggle to drink enough water to stay hydrated; 2) If you are working out; 3) if you will be doing outdoor activities/spending time outside during extreme heat and/or humid conditions; 4) sick and need to rehydrate or maintain hydration The generous size of the package is a good value for the money and the salt, sugar and overall "nutritional" values are there to ensure this is an effective over the counter treatment to help prevent and reverse dehydration and any adverse symptoms of dehydration (or painful muscle cramps, heat illness symptoms).

I tried the Lemon, Watermelon, and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors of Cure Hydration, and I’m officially a fan—especially if you love that classic Citrix-style citrus taste. The Lemon flavor is my favorite: super refreshing, crisp, and even better over lots of ice. It’s got that clean, electrolyte-rich vibe without being too sweet. Watermelon comes in second for me. It’s light and pleasant, but the flavor is a bit faint—still enjoyable, just not as bold. Strawberry-Kiwi was decent, but didn’t stand out as much. Overall, Cure Hydration delivers a great balance of taste and function. Perfect for post-workout or just staying hydrated throughout the day.

I really enjoy the taste of Cure. It's not as salty as the others, it dissolved well in my water, and it has clean, simple ingredients. I drink one packet daily anytime I need get some extra hydration. I do notice a difference in my energy levels when I miss drinking my electrolytes. The lemon flavor is my favorite because it is the most calm and it's not overly sweet. All the other flavors are still good, but I prefer something mild.

I bought this for my daughter and snuck a sip, it’s actually VERY good. I prefer this over other hydration drinks. I love that it’s sugar free, but still offers a great taste. My daughter loves the flavor and says that Cure Hydration gets her through some of her toughest workouts!

I don’t feel like this has impacted my energy level at all, but I feel like it’s very effective in hydration. I don’t get any weird stomach pains like I do with other brands that use fake sweeteners. I feel like a dissolved very well in my water bottle. My nephew even loved the taste.

3 days in and I already can feel the boost of energy that it has given me. I blend it in with my my first 30oz of water in the morning. The taste is good, rather delicicous, it is sweet and has a slight after taste once you swallow it. The sweet artificial taste is there but not bad like other ones I have tried, plus this was easy to swallow. I appreciate that it comes in individual packets so it makes it easy to grab and go, I just throw it in my purse. Which makes it easy and functional for someone on the go like me. No bulky powder and shaker cup, pour, stir and enjoy.
