Not used that often, but when I need it, it works amazingly. Easy to connect to your phone through wi-fi. picture quality is good. They lights are good, as well.

I’ve tried 5 different borescopes ranging in price up to $90. The Klein ET20 with the WI-FI connection and 6 foot armored goose is the way to go. I use it with an iPhone. The construction of the ET20 camera is solid compared to others. Its price is a little higher, but worth it from a practical use perspective. The borescopes are designed to be used in confined areas, such as inside of walls with the viewing area 3 to 24 inches away from the lens, max. Don’t think you are going to get good picture quality beyond this range. Also, other cameras may have longer lengths, but their cords are flimsy and no good beyond 5-6 feet if that. If you think otherwise, buy both, test for yourself, and return the one you dislike. I hope this info is useful.

The tip of the camera snake is not smooth and flat. Instead there is a slight rim extending out, surrounding the lens. The result is that when using the camera in a plumbing drain pipe, the rim acts like a little shovel, scraping the goop off the sides of the drain pipe and covering the lens and the LEDs. if you are going to use this tool in situations where there is any kind of contamination (sand, dirt, drain goop, etc.) be sure to buy a jumbo box of Q-Tips. You will need them early and often for lens cleaning. Repeated cleaning like this has he potential to scratch the almost-certainly-plastic window covering the lens and LEDs. We'll see.

Not really anything to dislike, I had no trouble with the app or the scope. You will like it.

Unit itself is constructed of cheap plastic, no fiber.Charger is usb micro b, which is getting more and more outdated so keep the cord with it.The case doesn't have any pockets inside. So when you open it you will quickly lose the manual and charger as it's all free inside the 1 compartment.Does it work? Yes. It'll be fine for my application on a hobby farm. I am Disappointed in klien for the lack of little details

it connects to your phone by wifi and can use it anywhere. i have used it soo many time.

I followed the instructions!Charged battery for 7hrs before use. I downloaded the app and could only get it to display one time on the phone. And when it did display, it was basically pictures every 3sec, not video. It worked for about 1 minutes and the app screen went blank with a refresh logo that never refreshed. The WiFi light kept blinking rapidly which means I’ve lost connection to the device. And the only troubleshooting given was my phone must be in power save mode. It was not! This thing is trash!

Sirve para lo que lo compré, da buena imagen del panorama a analizar. Lo recomiendo y el gasto es factible, por unos pesos más es mucho mejor que los que venden para celular.

I tried on 2 different iPhone 12 minis and it didn’t work. Tried on my mates iPhone 11 and it worked ok. I contacted Klein customer support and they were absolutely useless

The image quality is OK, the app is easy to use when it works. I found it freezes frequently and requires closing and re-opening to make it work again.
