Hickory Smoke

I was happy I could buy just a single can so I could try this flavor versus having to purchase an entire case that I might have not liked. I usually buy the lower sodium variety but I also liked smoked meat so I wanted to give this a try. I'm sure glad I did! I like this better than the original and the extreme saltiness doesn't seem to be there as well. I'm one of those odd folks who like to eat their spam straight out of the can or maybe on a cracker. Give this a try. It's not overpowering and you still know what you're eating versus some of the other flavors.

I love this for a quick sandwich. Can't find it in our grocery store.

good, cheap meal! smoke flavor was a little different than traditional smoke flavor but still good. love it with eggs in the morning.

Always a good to meal that is fast and easy to make. This will go along with any meat and veggies.

I've tried them all. I recently wanted a grilled cheese, tomato, Thai sweet chili mayo & ham sandwich. Sounds weird but don't knock it until you've tried it. Well, no ham in the house. Go on, go get your can of Spam out & make one. I pulled out my mandoline slicer & sliced some Spam really thin, not one of my usual thick give-it-to-me-now slice. I gave it a quick broil to crisp it up a bit. Then, made my grilled cheese like I usually do. There will no longer be sliced deli ham in my grilled cheese, only Spam. I've bought it for decades & the hickory flavor give it a nice taste.
