Doesn't work
I have received two different units now with their "outstanding customer service" and NONE of them have worked efficiently. I have wasted so much time with this company. I've sent more than 20 clients home with disappointment and had to reschedule due to each incident. The pictures above show my most recent issue, the flash on the unit doesn't work half the time. When it doesn't work, it freezes the entire system and you have to reboot everything for it to work properly. This process takes at least 15 minutes because the program is outdated. As a timely esthetician, we all know we don't have time for that. I am now unable to get a refund for this $6000 unit due to their 15 day return policy. What electronic company gives someone 15 days to try their product? One that doesn't trust that their own product will make it past 15 days of satisfaction. Please do yourselves a favor, don't waste your time or money on this product! There are better units out there!

it's great but sometimes it just doesnt work and gets annoying. it's tempermental with the image taker registering with the computer to take the pictures. clients love it
