Love these they were so easy to use and the brioche buns I made popped right out.

I have struggled with gluten free dinner rolls. The recipe makes a very fluffy batter, so it needs support. Although these are for popovers they worked great for GF dinner rolls.

My fault for not opening the package sooner (it has been a long while), but there were only 11 in the package. Make sure you open it and count! :-(

I had been looking to buy some brioche tins as a gift for a friend who had admired my own set. But prices have skyrocketed for sets like my old ones, making them unaffordable. And then i found these! I've had great success with other silicone baking 'pans'and thought i would try these. My friend loves them. Sturdy enough to produce the desired shape, easy to pop the baked dough out of them, and easy to clean. Yes, put them on a baking sheet for ease of use and extra stability but i have to do that with my metal tins as well. Good product, good value.

I usually use these for muffins - they are very sturdy and release well. I use them on a baking sheet, and they have done very well - they cool very quickly to the touch as well, so I can turn the muffins out fairly quickly. The best way I have found to clean them is to soak them very briefly and use a round bottle brush. They are sturdy enough to tap most of the water out of them so they dry on the rack faster. My husband likes to put them in the dishwasher, and that works fine as well.I’m very happy with these.

Having had different brands of these silicone muffin molds, I was happy to learn these really do release the brioche without a fight!

The size is not as expected. Disappointing.
