I am writing this review after usage of 3 months. The heating pad is very good. It heats very quickly and easy to assemble and plug It. It is having auto cut-off . After reaching certain temperature It cuts off the supply automatically. There is no tension to watch and switch off. It is easy to use and portable to any where in journey also. I used it train also. Over all It is worth the money.

After 2 or 2 days of use auto cut off does not work. You hear the boiling sound and see the bag getting pressurised. If unattended it may burst. The electrical socket in the bag is not of good quality and gives spark. This is a very unsafe product

Very useful for back pain. Bage gets heat very fast, no need to wait to use. Design of this product is also nice. Product is costly, but very useful.

PROS: 1. Remarkable Product quantity for this particular item from this particular seller.2. Effective relief in pain when used on daily basis.3. Hassel free use. Just plug-in for 4 or 5 mins and you get a boiling gel bag. Unlike the Hassel of the old school hot water bag.FUNCTIONAL : The heat depends on the duration of plugged in time. NOTE: USE TIMER WHEN PLUGGING-IN! ,CONS: 1. The bag bloats as the gel inside heats up.2. It does have an auto-kill kind of a feature, but there's nothing to indicate it and is not mentioned in the manual or user instructions so I would suggest not to count on that.3. Stays warm for upto 2.5 hours, for the last 30 mins retains a certain soothing warmth. HOWEVER the old school hot water bag retains heat for twice the duration.The brand box does read cool AND warm, have never put it in freezer so can't comment on that.Overall, this item can be trusted if you are looking to invest in some heating gel bags for pain relief caused by cramps, twisted ankle/neck/back, muscle fatigue, back pain, etc. Still if doesn't give relief in 3 days, i would suggest to consult a specialist, respective to the area of pain.

I am really impressed with the quality of the product.. in no time will get hot and ready for use.. best part it has over heat cutoff. Which really helps in case if forget to switch off.. very relaxing and eases any pains..serves the purpose go for it
