I was looking for flexible spatulas to get all the goodness out of the jars of my homemade yogurt. These spatulas have just the right flexibility, not too floppy and not too stiff. The one piece outer shell is great for leaving no possible unclean crevices (think mold if it doesn't get completely dry in the crevices of two outer pieces.) I am buying another set.

It was time for new silicone spatulas as mine were falling apart. The one-piece design makes for a stronger spatulas and is easier to clean as you don't have the separate pieces.
