I have been hunting for the perfect Hairspray for a few years now as the one that I always used was discontinued. I have fine dark hair but not wispy like cotton candy fine just normal average fine hair with a little bit of wave and many hairsprays have that climate control aspect which basically is just oil so the hair sprays don't stay long and they make my hair look and feel oily. This hairspray had a very light scent which was nice because of many are overpowering I was surprised that it held well almost all day the only downfall I find with it is at it sprays out in a thicker heavy spray and not always wher you want it and it does Not dry fast so you really need to let it dry before you spray more. .you have to let it dry before you put on multiple coats or it will make your hair flat and wet. but it stays all day and I can hold the sprayer farther away and probably will switch out the sprayer so I can get a finer lighter Mist but all in all I'm very happy with it and it was nice to find one under $20 that worked this well.. I will reorder and continue to use it..

I LOVE this hairspray- it is THE BEST, and they stopped carrying it in ALL of my local stores, for some reason! I was soo grateful to have found it here, on Amazon, and I hope they continue to carry it for the reasonable current price! This has very strong hold, but is not super sticky; sometimes if you spray too much, though, you may have to brush your hair a little bit to where it isn't stiff, and then just spritz a wee bit more on to get the hold you want- but it doesn't give you build up or anything. It offers you some good body, too, if you have thin hair! You just have to kind of brush up and lift and spray under the roots.

I really like this hairspray because I can actually use it with my arthritic hands. It’s fairly easy to spray and does a good job of holding my hair in place. Finally, a user friendly spray.

I usually love Garnier Fructis products, especially the scent. But this hair spray smells like someone tried to make it fragrance-free and failed miserably. I suffered through it for about a month so I wouldn't waste it then finally threw it away. If you aren't picky about scent, you can't beat the price and it holds well.

Ah, hairspray. I can't remember the last time I actually owned some. Probably when I couldn't live without a curling iron and bangs. But that was a century or two ago, and now I've got ridiculously long, straight hair -- so long, in fact, that it often gets caught in my jeans when I'm getting dressed -- and a slight breeze has me looking like Cousin It. While I often rely on a braid or a ponytail to keep my hair out of my way, I've been making an effort to wear it down more, and that means finding something that can help keep it in place without making it stiff. This little can seems to do exactly that. A quick brush, a little bit of spray, and I'm good to go. All those annoying baby hairs stay where they belong, and all that length manages itself instead of attacking my face. I'm sure a stiff gale could be a problem, but it's not like this is shellac. I suspect it would also do a great job if I actually styled my hair some day, but who knows if I'll ever get around to that kind of effort? But... I'm not so sure it would work well for someone with really unruly hair, a problem with frizz, or a crazy active lifestyle. It feels light, doesn't leave a stiff or sticky feeling, and still lets my hair hang naturally while keeping it in place. So while it may be called "full control," I'm pretty sure there should be an "...if your hair behaves pretty well to begin with" caveat. In any case, it's great for long, straight hair that just needs a little extra management.
