Comes with wall mounting hardware, ordered another inside antenna to cover the second floor but ended up disconnecting it since it took the signal and cut it in half, so I'm guessing that the length of cable and the number of inside antennas have an impact on the quality of signal you get

Yes. That arrangement works very well for us in a detached out building. You will want to use the weBoost splitter though.

Thank you for your question! The signal can penetrate but it's not likely that it will through floors. Walls it can but there's much impedance when it does since walls, wood, steel, plastic all impede signals in some way based on density.
