Healthy in a packet
Size of the packet is very sturdy with zip lock. Consuming will never increase the sugars, it’s full of fibre. There are many recipes which can be made with this healthy brand

Health and no added preservatives
So the oats are easy to use ,as these require just water / milk to prepare them which took about 15 minutes to consume. As there are no added preservatives like added sugars just rolled oats which are good for health . "Product box was little bit pressed from upside, i think it must be under so many parcels bcoz of that" so not that much of a big issue otherwise it good
