Arrived on time. Not broken. Absolutely gorgeous. I love them. I am a normal customer, not AI, not paid by anyone, genuinely nice product.

These are described as "quality Fine China" but I am not so sure. If they are "Fine China" it isn't the semi-transparent, thin, bone china that you may be used to. These are heavier mugs. I think they might be stoneware with a ceramic coating. They are certainly as heavy as stoneware which is unusual for "china".Despite that, I really love them. The design is lovely and the size is perfect. They are comfortable to hold for extended periods without getting a dent in your finger and just seem to make my brew more enjoyable!They arrived in perfect condition thanks to the decent packaging. The cups arrive in a high-quality , sturdy box, equally as pretty as the mugs and showing the same design, which is a really nice touch. Each cup was individually bubble-wrapped (as was the outer parcel) within its own quadrant in the box, with each cup separated by a cardboard frame to ensure they do not clang together during transit. The lovely, sturdy box will be useful for letters, cards, trinkets, sewing kit etc.

the four mugs arrived in a lovely presentation box and would make a great gift for anyone. The mugs are a perfect size not too small and not too big. The only downside is that they are a little chunky as I thought they were bone china.

Mugs are lovely and packed in a beautiful printed cardboard box, with flowers and bees to match the mug design.Unfortunately, during DPD delivery the corner of the outside packaging was squashed and this in turn squashed the corner of the box that I would otherwise have been really pleased, as a bonus, to use in the kitchen for storage. Mugs were unaffected though.

Cups arrived on time in nice gift box. Unfortunately one cup had a crack down one side, either caused during manufacture or shipping. Most of of the other comments made by other users are true such as rough paintwork on the lip, staining internally etc but they would still be good value for 4 cups and I would have given 4 or 5 stars had one not been broken on arrival. I cannot face trying to return them at Xmas so will keep the remaining 3 cups and look elsewhere for another set.
