Easy to apply and makes you look like a pro
I used this truck bed coating on book shelves that I intend to use outdoor to store electrical components inside. I was expecting this to stick to the slippery plastic on the exterior walls of the wooden bookshelf and it worked out perfectly. The coating protects the wood from the elements and helps to somewhat waterproof the wood, which is exactly what I wanted. I can see this coating working perfectly on metals such as a truck bed. I applied it using the roller method and results look very good. Easy to use and apply. Any mistakes are forgiving because before it truly hardens its like a peelable rubber material. A great overall product.

Tough, grippy, water based paint on trailer
Used on utility trailer, as my back gate was very slippery, especially when wet. Did excellent job solving problem, no slipping on gate now. 1 quart covered whole rear gate, 6' by 6', on both sides, with little left for touch up. Heavy nap roller worked best by far. When sanding trailer's wood planks, I accidently hit hinge with a belt sander. Didn't damage this stuff. Let cure full, and stir THOROUGHLY; is very thick. Very happy with results

Used this on a speaker cabinet build instead of a truck bed
Used this on my amp cabinets and it looks fantastic! I doubt I ever use tolex an amp for myself ever again.I used a 9" blue foam stippling roller and got nice, even finish. Two coats gave me plenty of coverage and seems very durable. I used the same stuff years ago on my pickup bed and had no issues so I figured it would work just as well on my amp. Especially since its just gonna sit in the corner of my room.To prep the cabinets I scrubed the boxes with some 80 grit and and thoroughly vacuumed off all the dust. You can see the before and after. It works great and I will definitely use on my next speaker build.

Surprised me, it works
The bedliner seems to work better than I hoped. I used it to add life to my aluminum step rails. The silver powder coat was failing after 6 years. And using this coating would not only change the color. It was going to add texture I wasn't sure I would like. Well after a day of machine sanding and eventually 2 coats. I actually like the look with my new truck. And it seems to be holding up well after several thousand miles. So for the cost and a decent amount of my time. I would use this kit again.

Nice texture and adhesion
The box had been opened and taped shut on one end. All can were dented up but the hike clips were still on and the lids were secure. First can was fine, havn't opened the others yet. Used a drill mixer to make sure this was blended well. Paint is very thick compared to regular paint and goes on easily (be sure to prep the surface properly) Covered perfectly with 2 coats but did one more with a textured roller just to be sure. I used a brush for most of my project due to having a lot of corners and small spaces. Paint self levels a bit. DO NOT GO BACK OVER WET PAINT... IT WILL BUNCH UP. LET IT DRY AT LEAST AN HOUR. Sand any bumps, drips, and "high traffic"areas between coats. 70 degrees and 50% humidity, first coat dried solid in about 3 hours.... touchable in about an hour. 2nd coat wasn't totally dry for 4 hours but was also touchable in a little over an hour. Texture and color is consistent.

Cool exterior truck paint
I painted my truck with it and it turned out really cool. My old paint was peeling really bad. Its super thick paint definitely apply in the shade and using a small roller worked best for me.

Not very durable nor hard as a bed liner should be
Applied one coat, tried to spray, didnt work as too thick and jelly like and gun clogged to splatter. Rolled on ok, A bit streaking. So apllied a second coat next day. First coat never hardened fully. Hard to touch but easily indents and scratches off. Also in sun became sticky again? Applied second coat. Better coverage and thicker mils. But still soft. Will wait more time, but others said same, doesnt fully cure hard. Im sure it will fail over time. But im putting under hard shell liner so whatever, Used as a corrosion protection.Ill use rest for undercoating, as its like tar not paint.
