Great Snap Caps for your AR Platform
These work very nicely for testing the action and function of your AR after cleaning and inspection or installing upgrades.

Works great in my AR 15...
I have read all the concerns and failures about other brands and I decided to buy these practice rounds bc thiswas claiming to be using authentic brass shells from Winchester...Sure enough, it is identical. The tip is plastic and smaller than the real round's tip would be but they performed perfectly. I was using a "quick loader" to load a fixed magazine in my rifle, at least 50x, then ejecting them manually one by one... The roundsperformed beautifully... Now that the rounds are showing quite a bit of ware and tare (no wonder) I'm going to buy another set.... Highly recommend this brand!

Good duds
Well made. Great for cycling the rifle and breaking in magazines. Also a must for training. Plastic primer so an accidental trigger pull doesn't damage the firing pin.

Best dummy rounds for the money
These dummy rounds are perfect and you definitely can't beat them at this price point. They cycle every time, but don't be afraid to be aggressive when cycling. Those having jamming issues are most likely holding back. Also after loading the magazine, slap the back of the mag to seat the shells evenly. And one other thing about the recessed primer and dry firing. "Dry firing is bad for firing pin" is a myth, except for maybe rimfire rounds and is why these rounds are designed this way. Dry firing your AR is absolutely fine. It's been discussed on many forums.

Well-built Caps.
These Caps are well built and can be used over and over without coming apart. I use them every time I train with my rifle. For the price and quality, I would highly recommend them.

Good enough, but not great.
The walls of the cases feel pretty thin, and the whole thing is substantially lighter than an actual round. There's also the problem of the round being shorter than an actual round (see picture) which does affect feeding and has caused the bolt to mar/scrape some of the snapcaps pretty heavily. If you're looking for a training tool to use once or twice, or plan on replacing them frequently, this would work. If you're looking for something to use for years, you need to invest some more money into getting something of a higher quality.

Essential for Training
I had purchased some of the dummy trainer rounds in 9mm Luger, and they really helped me get acquainted with my new pistol before going to the range, and it was only natural that I got some for my new Smith and Wesson M&P Sport 15 II rifle! Other reviewers have noted that it takes some swift movement to get the rounds out of the chamber, and sometimes one doesn't move fast enough. Just be patient and be sure no one is standing near the ejection port, because it comes out flying pretty fast! Money well spent in my opinion.
