Description states The spa heats up to 40⁰C with smart technology built-in, meaning that it will turn the heater off once it reaches your desired temperature, but once the temperature dips 2⁰c lower than this, the heater will turn back on and heat back up to the temperature you have specified it has intelligent control with an automatic cut out feature, this is false it cant do this, or at least mine cant, i have emailed the seller but they keep coming up with excuses asking for videos etc, even after admitting in their emails it wont do what it say's it can do in the advertised description, now waiting to see if they will accept return, i doubt it though.

I sent a message with my concerns as the company reached out to ask if all was ok! I responded with the fact that the product was not as expected as deflating and it was then closed off before I responded as stated we have not treated it correctly.After less than a week a hole was found along the seam so patched this. We have it in its own area away from anything that could pierce it can find no holes but continues to deflate itself after several days. Very dissapointed in response from company and no further follow up.
