Hello - If you have issues with the sizing tool that came with your bracelet, you can contact our support team by email and we will send you a brand new tool. Please keep in mind that the tool has two extra pin-heads stored in the base of the tool.

In one word “no”. I am no Orthopedic Surgeon, but you will need surgery to permanently treat your carpal tunnel. One other piece of advice, don’t have surgery on both hands at the same time.
