Love this slow release magnesium! It has almost completely relieved all the cramping and bloating issues I’ve had. I pair two of these tablets morning and night with two tablespoons of Metamucil morning and night and I feel like a new person!

The Mag Delay tablets were recommended by my doctor BUT I have swallowing issues and have problems being able to swallow larger bites. I was able to swallow them just barely but it left me with discomfort/pain in my throat. I just tried taking one today and had the same issue. I wish they would make them in half the size. I would rather swallow 3-4 smaller ones than try these oversized tablets.

This magnesium was recommended to me by a friend when she discovered that I had a slight electrical impulse heart issue. I had spoken to my doctor, who recommended beta-blockers, but I did not want to go on anything that invasive. The magnesium greatly calms my irregular heartbeat episodes and though I certainly don't recommend it over going to a qualified physician, it has done the trick for me! I knew I was deficient in magnesium as my doctor had mentioned it, but did not realize how low. Within fifteen minutes of taking this supplement, my heart calmed back down to it's normal rate and I haven't had trouble since, unless I forget to take it!

This looks and feels just like the Mag-64, but at a cheaper price. The only difference is the lack of imprint. They may be manufactured in the same facility, as is known to happen with many "off-brands". They are easy to swallow, and don't cause any tummy problems. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a magnesium supplement.

I have been purchasing this product for 10 years but the product no longer meets the same stability requirements it did just last year. I take multiple meds so I organize them in a weekly organizer like so many seniors. I live in AZ so humidity is not a problem but the tablets begin to crumble in my organizer in a matter of days leaving a oily spot on the container and other meds in the compartment. Something changed in 2023 and I can no longer purchase this brand of Magnesium. WARNING. Do not leave these tablets in an unprotected and dry area or container!
