Never had an air fryer before, and now I see what I was missing. I've been using this daily testing out the various functions. Reheating roasted vegetables, better reheated than the first time I cooked them; making hot sandwiches, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside; toasting garlic bread, perfectly done. I'm convinced this will be a staple in my kitchen because it can do so many things. The buttons press easily with a light tap. It heats up very quickly and cooks/reheats things in minutes compared with preheating my oven. After cooking, throw the used trays in the dishwasher for easy cleanup for the next meal!

The box came with a hole in it but wasn't damaged and works great! Everything is simple to figure out, the buttons have pictures of a chicken drum, and a cake, so even my 7 year old can use this. I love the black color, does get smudged pretty quickly, yet easy to clean, and comes with 3 trays, or racks if you will, size is perfect for a small to moderate size family can cook plenty in it, and cooks things thoroughly.

Everyone kept telling me they love their air fryer, so I wanted one. I became obsessed with finding the perfect one for me so after a month I settled on this one. First thing I made was berry crisp, threw the stuff together in a couple single serve bake dishes, set it to 350 for 40 minutes and it was perfect. No preheating, no heating the entire apartment, just perfect crisp. There were several complaints from other buyers who said there were missing pieces or their units didn't work, or initially worked and then stopped working. Mine came very well packaged, no damage, all parts included, so I have no complaints there but I understand if maybe some sellers are less thorough or trustworthy in regards to the products they provide. Some complained that it was loud. This is the most quiet kitchen appliance I have ever purchased, it makes less noise than my microwave. Also, I'm not quite sure why people complain that the drip tray isn't large enough, it's literally the same dimensions as the bottom of the unit, so any spill-over should land on the tray unless you're filling this unit over capacity somehow, not sure how that is possible. I also want to mention that although heat did radiate from the unit immediately around it, it did not heat up my kitchen and it stayed warm to the touch but it wasn't hot so despite baking for 40 minutes I was able to open the oven door with my bare hands. . . Anyway, I'm very happy, so far. This is only day one so I will come back and update.***Update*** Sept. 25. . . 2 months after purchase:I’m still in-love with this item. No electrical issues, whatsoever. Looks like others have had theirs just outright die after working perfectly the first few days or month. Thankfully, that is not the case with mine. Others also reported the door not shutting properly or at all. This, too, has not been an issue. I’ve basically used this item every other day since it arrived. The only thing I will say is that there is definitely room for improvement. But, I’m just not picky enough to care, I am content in my complacency. For those of you who do care about such details: The temp is set in increments of 10 degrees, 5 would be better. Also, if you decide to stop cooking sooner than the time you’ve set it for, the unit never turns off like it would if the timer completed and it’s “finished.” There is no “clear” or reset button or even an on/off button, so if it bothers you that the screen doesn’t power down and displays the minutes remaining until you decide to use it again then you’re forced to just unplug the unit and plug it back in. And when the timer is done the “BEEP” is very loud and it will beep 5 times, no matter what, it will not be silenced until it has completed its beeps. But there is actually an updated model of this item so these features might be improved (although I have no idea) but it might be worth checking that newer model out if these would be issues for you.**8 month update**The plastic on the handle has cracked, but it does not interfere with the functionality and I am still in love.** 2.5 year update, Jan 2024**Still works with consistent use!

Only one thing holds this back from being 5 stars. Food in the back cooks way faster and gets far crispier than food in the middle or front. Likely due to heat loss or something because of the window. For some things, this works out great. Having different levels of crispy/softer fries makes for a nice eating experience texturewise. However. That is all its good for.Other than that, it works fairly well. Easy to clean and plenty of options. If you can get it on sale for $80 like I did, its well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. My item is brought has stopped working unexpectedly and I'm confused about it. False advertising 😑 I woke up to warm my toddler some nuggets and it has stop unexpectedly. I'm very gentle with my airfryer and go my the manual. I really need help with why would it just stop working. It was malfunctioning with the touch when I choo to stop it and sometimes it kept going them ill wait then try to stop it and then it will. It's been like that for the past couple of months getting it but I didn't complain. Please help. I'm unsatisfied.
