Blade very nice, fingernail file?
Misplaced or lost my Rodgers pipe knife and when I went to replace it, couldn't believe the prices they're asking...I payed maybe $15 for it originally now, they're at about 100...forget it! This will do nicely for removing cake...not sure why a fingernail file is part of a pipe knife, but it works for what I bought it for.

Catonsville Pocket &Pen Knife
This is the best knife I've ever used. It leaves the bowl clean and smooth after scraping, and although it's very sharp, as long as you hold it at the right angle, it won't damage the bowl.
