I started keto again and with keto, supplements are very important. Tumeric has so many benefits! This pills so far have helped me so much on my journey. It has decreased my appetite, some of the paint on my joints. I will keep buying it when I run out of supply.

I don't know about weight loss but great for inflammation!
I've been taking various brands of turmeric for years now in a bid to become less reliant on nsaids and these seem as good as others I have used. There are no side effects for me and I only need to take 2 a day vs three and a whopping 4 of other brands that I have tried. These also include Bioperine for absorbtion which also adds the the convenience and cost effectiveness. I am quite satisfied with these and the price is the equivalent of 15 dollars a month which isn't bad to me.
