LITERALLY re-MARK-able .....................no pun intended
The media could not be loaded. I was very skeptical at first about this product and have been more than pleasantly surprised.Works very well and better than I expected. This is not just a marker with ink. These markers have actual finish coming out of the tip.It glides right on but does have an initial tackiness that will go away as it dries. If you get some on your hands its not a big deal. The instructions to say to use lighter colors first and graduate to darker colors so that's what I did.Things blended best using this method. I tried going directly to what I thought was a matching color and that didn't blend as well. Do follow the directions.I started with my nightstand which is a very dark brown. It was looking really chewed up having run into it a lot with my mobility devices — and the wood is blonde underneath so it looked terrible. Also, there were huge gouges and I tried a couple crayons. Definitely apply the crayon first, and the marker over that.My nightstand looks NEW.I wish I had a whole “before” photo of that one. I have only a few closeup photos. I moved onto my bathroom vanity which is more of a lighter color. This time I took before and after pics of 2 sections — and also a video of the process. It dries almost instantly, so if you want to make the ends blend, make sure to have a throwaway cloth handy. You'll need to follow right behind the marker. Most importantly is the fact that I am a person with chemical sensitivities; I'm an MCS patient.I expected the product to be TOXIC and have intolerable fumes. It does come with a non-toxic description, but a lot of vendors don't tell the truth about that.NOT THE CASE HERE.I detected NO ODOR AT ALL from the markers. The crayons smell like typical wax crayons...NO SYMPTOMS from using either the crayons or the markers. The product is less than $10.It’s totally worth trying this product if you are unsure. Also, it's fun to make things look like new again.I look around and wonder "what can I fix next with these?"Highly recommend!

Markers work.well for warm/red tone woods. Wax crayons are useless.
Works pretty well, may fade after a day or few and need several coats. The colors are NOT a wide spectrum and have a lot of red/purple undertones. Not the best set for cooler toned wood (no grayish or plain brown without red showing through). The wax crayons are useless for scratches and nicks.... imagine taking a kindergarten Crayola crayon out of the box and trying to chip it into a scratch or nick. It's like that. Our wood was warm and has red undertones and still 3 of the markers were much too red to use. For application, dotting it in (not coloring, no strokes or lines) works by far the best. This will keep our table looking decent until we replace it.

Markers are great! Crayons are a waste.
The markers work great! Of the color doesn't match the markers don't count on the crayons through those are terrible. I had bought this set because I was planning on using the crayons for a table and they didn't apply smoothly, mix in colors, or stay.

Great deal!! Love the product
Instead of going to the store, I just ordered these and they are fabulous. I’ve used these on my kitchen cabinets and my dining room chairs. I’ve used them all over my house on different wood products and they are phenomenal. I would highly recommend anyone. I think it’s a great deal for the amount that you get and the quality of the products that it comes with it also offers different colors to much different woods. It’s not sticky, but will stay on the chair.

Invaluable Furniture Repair Kit
This furniture repair kit is wonderful. I use it all the time to touch up wooden furniture and my staircase. It makes scratches and stains disappear. This kit comes with everything you need, in all wood colors. I would highly recommend this kit for anyone with wooden furniture. I'm sure they would work well on wooden cabinets too.

Test on inconspicuous areas because the colors are darker than you think
I have been on a touch-up spree lately for all of my wooden furniture, baseboards, etc. some of these markers show up way darker on the wood's surface than you would assume, so be sure to test the markers or pencils on an area that won't be seen.I think that overall, the price is right for this kit and it works well. It's just difficult to remove from the surface once applied, which is a good thing overall, which is the point of the markers in the first place. The pencils are nice too for filling in little finishing nail holes. I recommend this overall.
