Almost to sturdy?
I purchased this for a quadriplegic friend of mine that wont let life problems get it his way. So far, he has only had to use one hook for his Bluetooth head set. He likes how sturdy the plastic is and the fact that it keeps his ear piece in place all day without moving. It feels secure and safe. He likes that if something were to happen to it, he has 11 more to replace it. And believe me, it happens. Nurses tend to forget that it is there when they help him change clothes. They rip it off of he ear, the ear piece goes flying across the room never to be found or if it is, it is broken. So far, this hook (#1 from package) has held up for a month. He couldn't be happier! I feel that the plastic could be a little softer or have some sort of coating on it to keep from digging into the skin as much. Maybe more of a rubber feel to it.

Replacement earhooks for bluetooth
I had to return these earhooks because they were too large for my earpiece. They feel just like what originally came with my bluetooth earpiece. They're just little hard, clear shaped pieces of plastic.

Exactly what I needed.
Got them for my Samsung ear piece and they work perfectly! Having extra are nice too because I have kids.
