Monin Gingerbread Syrup, 750 Ml Gingerbread

Made a delicious Gingerbread martini!! Only wish you had more. Made another order for a friend & you cancelled order🥲

This is one of my favorite syrup flavors. I had purchased it before and waited for it to come back in stock. First time it was perfect. It was wrapped great, but this time it has leaked all over, but I didn’t return because I had been waiting so long. Still delicious but hard to open because of leaking on bottle.

The best ingredient for a gingerbread martini

I was excited to try this flavor but right when I opened the bottle it smelled like fermented? I don’t even want to try it. I also noticed some bubbles/foam at the top of the syrup which makes me believe that the syrup went bad.

This isn't bad, but it definitely does not taste like gingerbread. There is definitely more ginger needed in this to make it taste as it should. I was, however, impressed that it came in a glass bottle and also doesn't contain a bunch of junk ingredients!
