SAMBAZON Organic Supergreens Superfruit Packs - Açaí Berry, Kale, and Spinach Smoothie Packets, 100g Pouches, 4 Count (Frozen)

I know adding greens to a fruit smoothie will make it less appealing, but THIS sludge is super gross. And the smoothie recipe on the back was terrible too, it ends up tasting like sweet dirt water with soooo much sugar in one serving. You’re better off adding your own fresh greens or using an unsweetened green powder.

The original is amazing. This is not. I think its the spirulina, which isnt' listed on the front of the package or the description (so not easy to find). For those not familiar, spirulina gives a fishy smell and flavor.... not what I was looking for in a smoothie let's just say.

I ordered these after trying the same product from my local grocery store. I was disappointed that these were not at all like the açaí packs I’ve purchased in the past. I’m not sure if they were old, a bad batch, etc, but these had a horrible flavor and I was concerned they might have contained mold.

Avoid it! It smells god awful and has a terrible gritty texture. You’re better off adding fresh kale and spinach. It’s vile, not sure how else to describe this.

While I was making this I honestly thought my trash was creating a toxic smell. It was not my trash. I wish I could return.

Absolutely disgusting. I make smoothies regularly, and can even be fine eating healthy foods that don’t taste the best, but I couldn’t stomach this. It legitimately has the essence of vomit. Indescribable in the worst way.

I ordered the original acai flavor in my Whole Foods order, and when I got a notification that it was out of stock, I instinctively clicked "accept" to swap it out with this flavor.:( Boy, I wish I read the reviews first. This is just awful. Grassy taste, gross texture. Sambazon cannot be serious with this.

Too much like grass for my liking.
