Powerful Detox – Worth the Stomach Cramp!I’m honestly amazed by this detox tea! It definitely works—I can feel it doing its job, and it really helps cleanse my system. It does give me some stomach cramps, but I’ve found that’s pretty normal with strong detox teas, and the results are so worth it. After drinking it, I feel so much lighter, energized, and my digestion has been on point. If you’re looking for a serious detox that really delivers, this is it. The cramps might not be the most comfortable, but the benefits are undeniable. I’ve been using it regularly and absolutely love the way it makes me feel after! Definitely recommend it for anyone serious about detoxing.

Buckle up buttercup! And yes, it works...
I'd say this tea taste like a caffeine free green tea. It's mild and pleasant tasting but don't let that taste fool you my friend.*Disclaimer* I am not a mathematician nor am I a trained medical professional. This product does as instructed. Now for some more details. The instructions/directions state: "We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag and cover for 2-3 minutes." When I first tried this tea, I made the mistake of steeping 1 tea bag for 10 mins in a 5-6oz mug. I'm trying to save you or your loved ones the consequences of my stupid mistake. And, don't try to use this tea on someone as a prank. Not cool...not cool.2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag. TWO CUPS! That's 16oz. The average mug is somewhere between 6oz-*9oz, could be 6oz-12oz. Two cups= 16 oz. If you put 1 tea bag in a regular mug and steep it for 3mins, that's beyond livin' on the edge and potentially a one way ticket to a highway to the danger zone.If you don't already have one, find/buy a 16oz mug. Try steeping for 2mins. Don't over/under estimate this stuff. It's no joke. It will most likely cause all of the various BM effects mentioned in other reviews. Give yourself a solid 24hr-48hr window after you drink it. Don't think that you can drink a cup before bed and be able to go to work and function all normal because when it starts working, you can't stop it. You might wake up and feel fine for a few hours, but wait! There's more! Think of it like a trip of sorts, one which the only way for that trip to end is riding out that storm. Time; that's what it will take for this experience to end. Of course if you feel that it's too intense, you can make the decision to seek the advice of a medical professional. Again, I am not a medical professional.Even if you work from home, you'll be making several trips to the bathroom. If you *think that you have to go, go to the bathroom and sit your behind on the toilet. Don't take a gamble on this one. And whatever you do, please do not use 2 tea bags at once, or drink it twice in one day your first attempt. Don't think that you can handle it or "this won't work on me." Yes, there are a few and I mean a FEW reviews from folks stating that this tea did nothing. If that is the case, then again, you can make that decision to seek the advice of a medical professional or a dietician? You may need something else or some sort of Rx product if this tea doesn't work, or make some serious dietary life changes. Again, I am not a medical professional. With that being said, this stuff will make you go and that's why you are contemplating or you have purchased this tea. If you struggle with constipation this tea will most likely end that but not forever. It's for *occasional* constipation. If you are in doubt there are medical professionals out there who can discuss this matter with you. Regardless if you take medication, you have health conditions or maybe your diet is low in fiber and high in carbs and fats. Get a bidet and some quality toilet paper. You can find a bidet sprayer that's $10-$29. Those are quite easy to install and remove. You will clog up the toilet if you use any sort of wet wipes due to the multiple trips to the bathroom. Toilets/septic tanks do not do well with those wet wipes. It may say it's safe or even plumber approved or recommended but it's not. Those products do not break down very well. There has been tons of research on that. You wanna try a Mr. Wizard experiment? Try taking a single toilet wet wipe, not wet wipes for hands or babies or wet cleansing cloths, put it in a bowl of water, then try taking another bowl and place the same size of single, two or three ply toilet paper and see for yourself. Which ones breaks down and which ones does not. This isn't a buyer beware item or review. This tea works. Just respect and follow the instructions. For your first time? Maybe take a cautious approach. See how those first 48hrs go...But like? I didn't need three boxes, I just wanted one. I gifted a box and yes, it was a gift. They said how they were into detox teas, but I sat that human down and had some real talk with that individual. I asked them how things went a month later and they said, "it was like my...was a fire hydrant, you weren't kidding."Not sure why the ad has all these flowers and zen like images. What looks like a hot woman sitting across a tea cup? I think that was a sort of funny ha-ha. Obs...we know it's meant to be a toilet.

Great value, actually helps lose weight!
By far the best green tea, it’s part of my daily routine for the past 6 months.

It works!
Most definitely does the trick! Without any cramping or discomfort too! Drink before bed and by morning, things will move right on out.

Loves the Tea
My husband loves the tea.

It's gentle, which is not what I expected.
It may work for you, but since I’m used to drinking tea that contains 100% Senna, this product just didn’t do the job for me. It passively assisted, but it didn’t produce the same results I typically get. If you're new to this type of tea or prefer something gentler, it might be a good fit—but for those of us who are used to stronger blends, it might fall short.
