This creme is amazing. I put in on am & pm and my feet are smooth as a babys. No need to wait but a minute or 2. I rub it in briskly and well..

Q: Can I use this foot cream while wearing shoes all day at work for 10hrs?

Yes - apply the cream and let it soak in and then socks and shoes.

Q: looking for foot cream with high percent of urea?

It should help if you apply it to those areas and scrub well in between applications
