Isse mere hair loss ki problem kam ho gai hai..main yeh protein powder 3 saal se use kr rhi hu bahut amazing results hain.main isko exercise ke baad leti hu as a post workout meal.maine isko apni pregnancy mein bhi use Kiya tha .and uske baad post pregnancy weightloss ke liye bhi le rhi hu.
