This level 8 carry on suitcase arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It was packaged well with foam inserts inside the box protecting each corner of the luggage should the box topple over during shipping. The suitcase itself was housed inside a white cloth drawstring bag for dustproofing and scratch resistance during shipping and upon opening. I chose the bluish color. Its a very subtle blue gray color. It won't stand out in a line of luggage but I love the color. It has about a 2 inch extension on it that can be utilized if needed. Which i found very convenient for a 7 day cruise recently. The interior has a zippered pocket on one side and on the other side buckles to hold your clothes in place with a mesh divider flap pocket for those small extras. This flap pocket also buckles down. The outer zipper pocket unzips neatly completely off allowing for easy access to lots of pocket options and storage inside. On the inner side there's a zippered pocket that runs nearly the length and width of the case. There is also a laptop and tablet holder with a velcro strap. On the opposite side of the interior pocket of this case is another zippered pocket that is about half the length of the front of the case and nearly the same width as the case. There are also two pen/pencil holders, a good size square pocket for phone charger cords ect. whith velcro and a good size rectangular sized pocket that would fit a batter pack ect. easily with velcro. All the zippers and velcro are of great quality. There is a TSA lock on the larger part of the suitcase zippers but not the smaller front part. This case did come with a extra TSA approved lock for the front lock as well as some alphabet stickers. The wheels on this suitcase are absolutely fantastic. I over a travel pro case and can honestly say this case rolls every bit as good as they travel pro.My only complaints about this case is the handle isn't as nice and sturdy feeling as my travel pro and there's very limited space in the front zippered area when using/maximizing the 2 inch extension on this case.

We purchased this wheeled carry on for our 1st 2 flights in more than 20 years, so with all the new rules on size I was concerned. Size was perfect. I was able to pack for a 7 day trip with plenty of room. The zippers are well made and zip with ease, even if I overpack. It has 2 handles that make it easy to pick up and place in the overhead compartment on 8 different planes(American Airlines), resists scratches, the wheels are wonderful, roll in every direction with ease. I used the front half clam opening for my identification documents, as well as my Firetablet which made it so functional. Definitely a great value and we hope to use it on more trips.

Very nice well-made bag. I wanted a new carry-on that had an outside opening for an iPad. I've looked at many and this bag seemed to have the most room inside, on the side with the front pocket; and still meet the "Standard Airline Size Model". Many bags that had an outside pocket, lost too much room on the inside of the bag. This bag had the most room on that side of the bag.

I am a major overpacking type and trying to get better. This 20 inch European sized / international sized carry on is so well designed I think I can overcome my messy packing. US carry ons are 22 inches and not accepted as carry on's internationally so go for slightly smaller the 20 inch to have a bag for all things! The laptop pocket is my favorite feature. It pops out at an angle but it also has a Velcro feature to fold it completely flat for easy packing and unpacking. The padding is good for a laptop though I might use a sleeve as well. The shell is nice and hard, durable - and it is lightweight and unique looking too. I am going to travel with it for the first time soon. I will report back. Oh, and it has both a TSA lock built in, plus provides an additional programmable lock for the laptop area and finally, reflective "letter stickers" that you can spell out your name with. Seems the company has gone one step further to please customers than both. Highly recommend so far! I'll try to upload a photo of it packed, as I go through my how neatly can I pack process!

This is a great suitcase, sturdy and good looking with lots of space. The laptop sleeve is so useful at airports where you dont wanna ruin your back carrying laptops amd charger in your backback. There is lot of space and the laptop compartment lept my laptop safe (atleast this time around). I used this for my pre summer europe trip for 15 days and it was very comfortable. The wheels handled the cobbled streets well. The handle is smooth and doesn't get stuck. My ultimate worry was about it being classified as carry-on in vueling airlines flight and no issues! It is also expandable which was an important feature for me. I chose this pver monos and samsonite and other major brands and do not regret it one bit!
