These are very good. This supplier Jambo was reasonably priced but the price has rocketed to £15 more from other suppliers on Amazon for 4 packs. It's v expensive and I'm sure you can find them cheaper elsewhere. This isn't a luxury but it's priced as a luxury .It's a necessity for lots of people. Ask your GP for a referral to a continence specialist and apparently you can get them for free in some cases. It's worth a try🤞

I got these for my elderly mum after she came out of hospital.She uses these everyday now - they are more of a security blanket and reassurance for her than anything else.The quality is noticeably better than cheaper supermarket brands and when bought in bulk the premium is not that much.She seems to be happy using these over a couple of days as they do not seem to loose shape or fit as easily as the cheaper ones.Any accidents seem to be effectively absorbed - nothing has leaked out to my knowledge.Highly recommended.

As someone who has worked in care and now purchases these regularly for my mum I can honestly say these are the best incontinence pants I have come across. They aren't the cheapest brand but the absorbency is so much better so they need changing less. They don't leak. My mum finds them easy to put on herself unlike the liner pads and she finds them comfortable. The sizing is accurate as well. If its something used regularly by yourself or a loved one this bulk buy is a really good deal and they are always delivered quickly. I can't recommend enough
