After 6 months it stopped working . I think for the price it should last longer. Please replace it

Easy setup; add batteries, add hand soap, adjust soap amount per use. Working great.

Product stopped working 2 months in. All of sudden the product started dispensing soap continuously without anybody operating. We had to stop and then try again and now it’s not getting back on. Will not buy this again.

Worked fine for a few months, looks great but with batteries sitting at base it started to fail. Bought another one and went to check on batteries (they are rechargable) and the thing is rusty, batteries a bit rusty too...). Not a good design for a wet item.

Would like a little more soap to come out. But it is very nice looking on my counter

We put one in the kitchen,and the main bath,we liked them so much,we bought a third unit for the guest bath.They are easy to fill and work as stated by the seller.

I purchased this soap dispenser on March 3rd, 2020 - it stopped working today, June 3rd, 2020 - just after the return window closed on May 31st, 2020. I put in fresh/new batteries, filled the dispenser, still no luck. Very disappointed since it went well with my decor. I will be looking for another brand.
