These were fun and educational.

This was the perfect donation to my child’s 2nd grade Paleontologist Day at school. It took quite some time to dig out the treasure inside each nicely sized square fossil brick so it wasn’t a quickie kinda fun activity. The kids really got into it and were so excited for the surprise inside. Identification cards and hammers are included. Great value! Activity level, in my opinion (and having bought these for a few years for my own boys), pre-k to maybe 3rd graders so 5-9 years.

My two boys love dinosaurs and fossils. We have ordered a lot of different fossil dig kits and they were all ok but the fossils were pretty poor quality. The teeth always came broken and some you couldn’t even tell what they were. We ordered this kit yesterday and my two boys just excavated them and love all of the fossils! The 3 teeth we got are perfect specimens and the other fossils are great as well! My boys are going to make necklaces with their shark teeth. We loved it so much that I ordered another today!

Some blocks were empty or have mineral(jasper) instead of a fossil. Kinda disappointed when using as a science lab in 4th grade about fossils.

I teach 3rd grade and this is a fan favorite for after testing! My students absolutely love being “archaeologists” and “digging” for fossils!

We use these as prizes for school and the students love them!

This was so much fun. My son loved it. The tools included were a bit small and sharp for him- but we used a screw driver and he had a blast chipping into the cubes to find his fossils! The picture cards also provided him with a matching activity once he finished “digging “ out his fossil. The informational cards were great too- so we got a bit of reading in as well. All around awesome activity for my little one!

My students loved this for fossil unit!! I will get more next time.

Bought this for my nephew for his birthday. It went off as a huge hit. What a great idea for kids. It’s kind of like playing and learning at the same time.

I used these in a class of children and was quite disappointed. Two of the blocks did not have anything in them and one of them had something in that wasn’t on the fossil list provided.

Used for my sons bday. Some were hard to tell what they were and some we didn't find at all but the kids all still had a blast with these!

Très apprécié par mon garçon! Par contre, faire attention car un des fossiles s'est brisé en cassant le bloc. Mais les autres étaient parfaits! Belles cartes explicatives aussi. Il serait bien d'ajouter les descriptions en français aussi.

This is a gift, but it seems great.
