Why did the subscription suddenly end and the price sky rocket without warning for black raspberry

1. Amazon wasn't the company that upped the price. 2. A lot of the product was recalled (at least Cherry Limeade was), so when a product goes out of stock, private sellers jack up the prices. Not Amazon, and not Sparkling Ice, aka Talking Rain. 3. The price is showing back to normal for me at $10.99 for a 12 pack, which is better than store price at $1 per bottle (unless the store ends up with a sale or coupons). Hope that helps. Ps. I'm an avid fan of Sparkling Ice and always communicate with the company, especially after the recall happened. So, that's how I know.

The kiwi strawberry flavor I buy at stores is green but when I ordered online, it was red in color. Is there any reason for the difference?

Hi there, The cat is out of the bag, so to speak. We are moving away from artificial colors because we heard your feedback natural color is desired. The unique flavor remains the same, just the color has changed for Kiwi Strawberry and Lemon Lime. You will see all flavors with natural color by first of quarter 2019.

Why is every flavor a different price?

Might be different vendors, but we've only bought the pineapple coconut, by subscription, and all of a sudden it's gone up 7 dollars. I really don't understand why that is. None of the other flavors seem to have increased in price.

why is fruit punch so much more in cost?

Hi there, Please allow me to explain the situation. We're a third party seller selling on Amazon marketplace. For each product we sell we have to give commission for Amazon and then all the FBA Fees (includes shipping, fulfillment, storage). For this product we're paying $15 in total for Amazon (due to the weight) Now, the rest of the flavors is available to buy from Amazon direct, Amazon's price on those is extremely cheap and impossible to compete with, obviously they don't have that $15 dollar fee etc. And for this reason we're not selling the other flavors, because we would never bring in a product that the customer could buy it for cheaper from someone else. It's not like we're expensive but more that they're very cheap. However, for some reason Amazon doesn't carry the Fruit Punch flavor, it is not available in all areas, but some people love it more than the other flavors, so we've decided to list it and sell it for the cheapest possible we shouldn't loose on that. Of course if Amazon will start to carry it in the future, we will stop selling it immediately not to rip off customers. I would encourage you to buy one of the other flavors that are similar to the fruit punch so you pay much less. However other customers still find this flavor good enough to pay this price. Tasty good for you beverage

So refreshing and tasty. I gave up Pepsi due to the caffeine and found these so satisfying. The taste is great and just enough fizzy! A great value and the bottle size is good for more than one if you wish. No sugar load and theres vitamins too. The case is 12 bottles and had no leaks or damage! Quick delivery too!

Tastes good and healthy, who knew

My typical drinks of choice are water and hot tea, I don't drink soda and I quit drinking coffee several years ago. I was looking for a healthy sugar free drink to enjoy in the summertime when a friend recommended this to me. I really like this Sparkling Ice, it's refreshing, it comes in lots of flavors (the few that I've tried have all been good), it's sugar free, has added vitamins, and as best as I can tell it's all natural. What's not to like.

I can't stand most sugar free drinks because of that lousy after taste...This is the FIRST TIME I tried one that doesn't have that funky after taste..! Actually delicious... I'll buy more as needed..!

I love this flavor

I love this drink.. being diabetic I needed to find a sugar free drink that tasted decent .. this one fits the bill .. I like the Black Cherry too... some of the other flavors are OK like the lemonade one .... also I like to mix a little cranberry ginger ale with it and always with ice cubes .. it costs about an extra dollar to have it delivered to my front door ... I get 2 12 pks once a month ..

The drink is amazing, Amazons handling and pricing of this item sucks

I love the black raspberry, it's pretty much exclusively what I drink daily. The reason for my 4 stars and not 5, is because of Amazon. Several times I have gotten an expired pack, and the shipping times are horrible. I don't understand why, all of the other Sparkling ice drinks ship out almost immediately and are delivered next day or the day after, but this one! I have had it delayed by a week! A WEEK! WHY? And when that order was finally delivered it was expired and I had to wait another 4 days for a replacement. Also the price fluctuates all the time. It used to be $10.50 per package, but now it's up to $12. All the other flavors are holding fairly still at the same original price but only this one is increasing. I understand its likely supply and demand but Jesus. Anyway to some up, this drink is fantastic, it's not as fizzy as the other in the line, but still pleasantly fizzy. Some of the others are painfully fizzy. This drink is also perfect with ice. The cons are how Amazon handles the shipping and pricing of this item
