Great product
Great cut pads have been using them for years. Always do the job and I get quite a few uses out of them..

Excellent Quality
Great polishing pad. I've only bought this brand to use on my 4 cars - I'm a diy home detailer and have learned my way through tutorials and trial and error. After 5 years of diving deep into car detailing, this pad with the others from the family have been crucial for my car needs. I like the durability, quality of the material, and ease of cleaning. Now, on the cleaning side, I know Chemical Guys recommend their pad cleaner but it's expensive and I don't get great results with it. Instead, I've used a solution of hot water in the sink with Greased Lightning, a good soft brush, and that does the magic. No oily residues left and the pad is free of chemicals after that. You have to rinse it very well though, squeeze all the water you can from it, and let it dry on a paper towel overnight.

Worked great
I just polished the whole of my new 2025 Camry, including the glass, using this Chemical Guys (BUFX_103HEX6 BUFX_103_HEX6) Green Hex-Logic Heavy Polishing Pad with DIY Detail's Gold Standard polish. This is in advance of a ceramic coating application. . I cleaned the pad every couple of panels by spraying it with rinseless wash, wiping off the residue with a waffle-weave microfiber towel, and spinning off the remaining liquid. I simply used the weight of my rotary DA with no extra pressure and did three cross-hatch passes on each panel. . The result was to remove light swirls and scratches and round off the deeper scratches so they aren't as visible. Some areas did need more than 3 passes. The green pad seems very similar in performance to the Lake Country CCS Orange pad. It's a great way to correct the paint surface without removing too much clearcoat. . The pad itself is in perfect condition after 4-hours of polishing. The foam is not visibly worn or chipped, and the hook-and-loop loop backing is firmly attached even after washing in the sink and squeezing dry. My Harbor Freight pads lose their loop backing after a full sink wash and I have to use contact adhesive to repair them. The Chemical Guys pads are worth the extra money. . I can certainly recommend this pad.

Great pads, hold up well, do the job needed and more.
Contrary to some of the reviews about these pads, I find them to be very durable and work very well. I'm no detailing pro, but I am an experienced amateur. I bought an orange pad and two blue pads. The orange was to be used to "clean up" my 2005 Tacoma with some Meg's Ultimate Compound. The blue(s) were to finish my truck and do a one step on my wifes 2013 Subaru with Chemical Guys Black Light (BL). I used a Ryobi 6" orbital buffer, which is clearly not the tool of choice, but it actually does a decent job and runs at 4800RPM, which is on the higher side of the operating range of a Porter Cable unit. The orange did a great job of cutting through some swirls and water spots that were prevalent on the hood of my truck. One pad did a great job over the entire vehicle and the bed cap. The blues did a nice job and spreading out the BL, creating an even distribution allowing me to cover the entire vehicle while using very little product. I have even used the blue pads to buff my kitchen table with some furniture oils and they held up great. I am plan on buying the white pad and the green pad in the near future. I like the hex-logic pads for all the reasons described by Chemical Guys.

Great pads!
These are great pads. I just did a full paint correction on a 13 year old car and these worked so well. Used in conjunction with Chemical guys C4 and P4 with their pad lube and the car paint is like glass. The pads help up great and they are cleaned and on deck for the next detail. Highly recommend these.

Ease of use
Chemical Guys Hex-Logic Ultra Light Finishing Pad Review As a complete novice to auto detailing, I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. I had never done any sort of detailing before, but after picking up a set of the Chemical Guys Hex-Logic Ultra Light Finishing Pads (Red, 5.5-inch) to go with my new TORQX Random Orbital Polisher, the whole process turned out to be effortless. The pads were incredibly easy to use, even for someone with no prior experience. The hexagonal design really helps distribute the polish evenly, and combined with the TORQX, it made achieving a smooth, professional-looking finish much simpler than I expected. The softness of the pads worked perfectly for applying waxes and sealants without causing any damage to the paint. What surprised me the most was how forgiving and user-friendly these pads were. Even as a beginner, I felt confident while using them, and the results exceeded my expectations. Plus, they’re durable enough to withstand multiple uses while still performing like new, and cleanup was hassle-free. I’d recommend these pads to anyone, especially if you’re new to detailing. They made my first experience so easy and enjoyable that I’m already looking forward to the next project.

Sehr robustes und hochklassiges Pad. Auf der Excenter sogar noch nen Tick besser als die Lake Country CCS Pads. Das Klett geht nicht bis zum Rand, was positiv ist, weil sicherer. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
