Q: Does this kit include 4 rotors and 8 pads? Just wanted to make sure it is the equilvalent to the K6268 sport kit just with the extreme pads.

Q: Do I need to purchase brake calipers separately for this kit?

brake calipers do not come with the kit. if you have uneven brake pad wear on original brakes on vehicle than I would rebuild or change out calipers. even if you don't need to change out calipers go ahead and bleed the system to clean out system and yes this kits do work with stock calipers.
