Our apartment has really crappy windows, they're those metal ones that don't even seal when they close, you can always feel a draft coming from under them, there's 8 windows in our apartment like this, and our heating costs were threw the roof this winter. Obviously, this is because the heater has to run nonstop because all the heat escapes out the windows so we never get the apartment to a comfortable zone. If this sounds familiar, GET THIS PRODUCT! We needed two 30YD rolls for our windows, but it is super easy to use, same as just taping up anything, you can re-adjust the tape while putting it on as it's really stretchy and has a super strong adhesive, once it's on it stays on, it's a nice thickness, and after taping up 4 of the windows in a corner of our living room, the drafts were gone!! We can walk near our windows now without getting colder, and that's a massive improvement. Even now the last few days the apartment actually heats up in the sun now and retains the heat, instead of ALWAYS being freezing unless the heats on. Save yourself potentially a lot of money on heating and buy this cheap, quick and effect product!

I used this XFasten Transparent Weather Sealing Tape on drafty windows about a week ago, and it has delivered exactly what I needed. The clear film blends nearly invisibly, and the pressure-sensitive, waterproof adhesive holds very well. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Amazing stuff. It's so durable, great for really stretching over and sealing awkward shapes. Sticks okay, not the stickiest, but with a clean surface does the job and lasts outdoors.Will buy again.

Good stuff. Easy to work with and cut and not so tacky and it's annoying to use.I can tell the residue will wash off the window easily after the season. This tape worked perfectly to seal up the inside of my RV while using a portable AC unit. Definitely did the trick especially well since there aren't really any RV specific window kits for portable AC units so this tape really had to work double duty and fill odd air gaps that would have been impossible to fill otherwise.The tape is pretty easy to cut (with scissors mind you) and it's also very flexible which is nice as the temperatures fluctuate.Overall a great buy, and I have found other uses for this tape as well such as sealing HAVC lines on the AC split inside my RV as well.

I LOVE this weather seal tape!!!It’s thick and very tacky/sticky and holds to virtually any clean surface.Heat does not affect the stickiness!!!It WILL SEAL whatever you need to keep sealed. I know cause I’ve used it on other than the windows💐

It doesn’t really stick well to the wall. I bought this to properly seal the edges of my window AC and not even 24hrs later it keeps lifting. I also made sure to properly clean and dry everything before applying the tape. If you want it to properly stick you’re going to have to add a lot of layers unfortunately.

The sealing tape was our solution to solving unwanted air poring into the seams of our home windows. We haven’t an old brick home with the original windows and we can’t restore them just yet and we needed something to help till we can. This tape stopped the drafts and sealed the air from coming in. We’ve saved on our energy bill too which is a plus.
