Menthol Professional Dental Splint and Mouth Guard for Snoring and TMJ Relief, Prevents Night Teeth Grinding, Clenching, and Bruxism

I use this product to stop me snoring and prevent dry mouth. It was simple to adjust by softening in hot water to my own mouth shape. As it fits perfectly in my mouth and my teeth alignment I find it very comfortable to wear.

Not a good product. Makes your mouth protrude and uncomfortable. Not two separate moulds but combined and feels uncomfortable. A visit to the dentist on the cards as this is useless

I have TMJ from grinding my teeth at night I found this very thick and made my mouth stick out a lot, I used it for one night and bit right through it causing numerous holes, so it was expensive to only last one night, very disappointed as I thought I saved a load of cash by not getting one from the Dentist

It's a good product but because of my very small teeth the mouth guard did keep slipping off which was irritating

Like - tasted mintyDislike - everything else. Didn't mould to mouth, regardless of how much I tried, didn't fit as it didn't reach my back teeth, and I would say I've got a pretty average jaw, so given the lack of success in the installation, def didn't help snoring.Not great, wouldn't recommend.

Cet article ne sert tout simplement à rien.Tout d'abords , il y a une explication sur le moulage, c'est un bon début mais il n'est pas indiqué le sens (haut/bas) de la position dans la bouche, à vous de décider.Ensuite l'orthèse ne tient absolument pas dans la bouche. Pour que celle-ci tienne, il faudra serrer la mâchoire, si vous la relâchez , celle-ci tombe et attention de ne pas vous étouffer avec..En dernier recours, je me suis dis que l'orthèse aurait pu servir de protège-dent pour jouer au hockey. Cependant, même à cette fin , celle-ci ne correspond pas. C'est un désastre. Le protège dent de chez Décathlon est bien plus efficace pour les deux rôles (il faudra juste percer des trous pour respirer).Bref, j'aurais souhaité un remboursement mais je suppose qu'on ne peut pas rendre le produit ( cela me parait logique) mais je vous conseil des lors fortement de fuir cet article.
