I am NOT reviewing the front glass which is no way you can use it because Samsung LCD shield is stick to front glass. You need to replace full front LCD panel. This was clearly stated that in the description.However, I am reviewing for the tool that were used to dissemble the phone.Plastic guitar tab came in with poorly cut out of factory, It cannot be even insert into phone and broke.After managed to open the covers, the plastic blades are bended and not thin enough to be useful for removing left over adhesive. I ended up returning the product.

We did not try installing the screen as it was very difficult and we didn't want to run the risk of ruining a very expensive phone. Screen repair kit was returned.

Good product

It's crap. Did not come with any instructions and was plastic and not glass. I just threw away my $1000 phone thinking I could save myself a few bucks to get it fixed and I ended up destroying the phone because you have to gut the phone in order to replace the screen and that did not go as planned. To DYI fix the Samsung Note 9 is very involved, absolutely a major risk and so the alternative would have been worth paying $230-$300 to fix it because now the only option is a new phone or no phone.
