Genuine foam, comfortable
Bought this to help with sciatica and coccyx pain. Using other cushions, both regular and foam, they would squash flat after less than an hour and become rock hard. This cushion was still soft after being sat on for hours.After spending the whole day sitting, I had zero coccyx pain, and a lot less pain in the top of my legs.The gel pad actually works for cooling, and after a few minutes the difference in temperature is noticeable.This is an absolute bargain at the £15 I paid.

good quality, comfortable
I have been having coccyx pain since the shift to working from home and stumbled across this option. I paid £25 for it, which feels a bit expensive but not by much. The quality is good, i'm a heavy guy and this cushion holds its shape while remaining comfortable and supportive. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and my back pain has actually gone, so I am happy with my purchase.

Great back buddy for the car.
Great seat for relieving lower back pain. Have swapped it for previous cushion I had in the car, this one is much more comfortable.

A good investment for al the desk jockeys out there (folks who sit at desks for most of the day)
The shape and comfort of this is very good, and an improvement upon any standard office chair.The only weak point would be the overall weight (if using for travel), but guess that's due to the areas that are made of blue gel material near the centre.Overall I'd recommend it, and the price I paid at the time, was better than anywhere else.

Good in car but could probably need back rest when used on a settee, or a cushion behind
It’s OK and quite comfortable and seems to have helped with back problem.

It works
It is a sturdy well made cushion. I have given it 4 stars for comfort because it takes a bit of getting used to, but it is worth persevering.

At last! Perfect
The cushion is large but fits well in my chair. It's size means it doesn't move about.It's soft on my poor aching hip but firm enough to not go flat.I take it everywhere even if it looks like a toilet seat 😄Wish I had brought it months ago.Thank you so much my first ever perfect review!

yes it really works. was sceptical but wanted to try something to improve my general aches n pains from long periods in office chair and what a difference, plus it's retained it's structure so far whilst others tend to flatten out too much.
