Great buy
This is a phenomenal laptop for the price. Turned it on and everything worked great. It's in pristine condition with no marks or damage and looks and runs like new. I was worried when I purchased it because of the negative reviews, but I knew what I was buying so I think my expectations were reasonable. This is not a high end gaming machine, but rather a lightweight laptop for surfing, etc - more like a larger netbook. For me, it's perfect and exactly what I wanted as weight was my primary criteria. Add in the fast shipping and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Economical Laptop
After years of working on a desktop pc and needing to upgrade to something that was portable came across this HP laptop. It is has a lot of memory for the price and unlike many of the thinner laptops on the market, this one comes with a DVD/CD/RW Drive that is important for those looking for this feature. Overall an economical laptop. Comes with Windows 10 S installed but can go back to Windows 10 Home. Good price, good computer for basic computing and lots of storage.

Not as advertised
It was advertised to have a solid state drive (SSD) but when it arrived it did not. It had a standard mechanical drive and was very slow. On the plus side seller was easy to work with on the return.

No funciona el click isquierdo..Tiene algunas marcas de uso como stiker de la marca incompleto y 2 arañasos aun asi conservare el equipo es para trabajo solo reemplazare el touchpad

For a $139.99 refurbished device, it looks practically brand new, and performs as expected. Will be swapping the hard drive for a ssd in the near future, for even better performance.

Great for the size
Refurbished when I bought it. Could not get it to startup properly and sent it back.

Bait and Switch
Bought renewed. Went to chat with expert. Not able to make it work. Said I was being connected to Acer, which I am doubting. Tried to sell me extended warranty for more than computer price. What a fraud!
