Great little watch. Easy to follow directions except I had to figure out what lunitidal intervals are. (Easy to learn). I like the moon phase image, and it gets the moon phase from the date.Pure Casio quality. Great value.I haven’t gotten it in water yet.

I live by the water a d do a lot of boating and sailing. This watch does everything a normal digital watch does but it also gives you the local tides. That is indispensable for me. It saves me a lot of time checking the tide. And all for 20 bucks. It was a little cumbersome to program in my location for the tide function, but you do that once and you are done (assuming you are using it in one geographic area)

The watch packs a lot of great functions for the price. If you know your tide and moon inputs, then it is worth it for that information alone. In terms of style, a great little watch face with blue hues and I don't mind the nonfunctional rotating bezel as it is part of the style.

I bought this watch for the tide function. It appears the indicators on the tide graph only move every several hours making the tide function nearly useless. The rest of the watch is worth the $20 price.

in terms of cost/benefit, i see this as the best in the line. i just don't get the big clunky more expensive, difficult to read, difficult to use, iffy reviews on reliability, others...i just don't get them, try as i have .this is suitable. almost readable. useful tide/moon functions. all the rest of course tooi updated this review and took off a star for the awful (non luminencent, which i knew) led light, and the almost inaudible alarm.

I was looking for cheap watch to surf and sail that was water proof and I would be concerned for damage or loss for the conditions. The watch is meeting my needs and I'm happy with the quality, I liked so much I bought a second for my son that surfs too. The only complaint is the tide is off a few hours, just knowing this I can calculate the tide. It is what it is for the value.

Returned to factory after started to fog up regularly this spring.Used about 6 times snorkling over a couple of months.The factory sent me a letter saying basically to bad.This is the first casio which failed me in decades. I would say no more. The company changed and quality changed. No more Casio's!!!! for me.

This is the second one of these watches that I have purchased for my son. The first was when he was 6 and learned about tides and the moon in kindergarten. He saw it at Walmart, loved it, and wore it on his little wrist until it died just about the time he turned 14 in Sept of '23. I purchased the second one right away. Today, May 11, 2024, it died. First one--8 years. Second one--8 months. Casio is a great brand, normally. This is a sad day to see such a huge failure from a favorite.
