MoKo Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 / Tab 4 Nook 10.1 2014 Case - Slim Lightweight Smart Stand Cover Case, Black (with Smart Cover Auto Wake/Sleep. Will NOT Fit Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1)

Got a replacement cover from MoKo free of charge right away. Still love the size and the way the magnetic latches hold. The new cover started to show a hairline crack on one corner after a month. After 3 more months cracks started to appear on the other corners. When I took my tablet out of the case to see if I could epoxy some of the cracks chunks started falling out of the case. I am now looking for another case from another manufacturer so I don't have to deal with this.Was contacted by MoKo and they say they will replace the defective cover. Nice! Added one star for their customer service. Will post further comments when it arrives and I see if the new cover doesn't crack.I love this cover, it fits well, looks good and operates great. However after less than a month the thin piece of plastic around the headphone jack broke off leaving a sharp corner. I only used the headphone jack once but since the plastic case around the jack kept the headphone from seating properly I couldn't us it. Then a week later another corner cracked off. I'm starting to see cracks in a third corner. I don't know how long the cover will hold my tablet. I don't throw my tablet around and I'm pretty gentle with it. I'm really disappointed since I really like the cover.

FANTASTIC case! For a Holiday my family went out of town, we'd all met at my sisters house and went in her veh. When we arrived home that evening, I accidently left my tablet on the roof of the car. Didn't realize it until I had then driven to my home. I sent a text to my sister letting her know it was there, but she didn't get it until she had arrived at the airport. It was no longer on the roof when she checked. I thought the tablet was history and I'd only had it for about 2 weeks. A UPS driver saw something fly off a car, bounce down the street, later that day, on his return trip he stopped to see if he could find anything and found the tablet, that still worked. The case was no where to be found, but it managed to protect the tablet. Immediately ordered a new case.

Let me start off by saying that I really liked this shell in the way it fits and in the way it protects my tablet. It fits the Tab 4 perfectly and it doesn't add much bulk which is always nice. The inside is a soft material and protects the screen too. One thing I really like is that when you close the cover, it automatically puts the screen to sleep without you having to click the on/off button on the side. And when you open the cover, it automatically wakes the screen up. A small thing but it saves you an unnecessary step.One thing I didn't like is that when I try to prop it up in the 'low' position it always wants to fall down. Annoying if you just want it at a slight slant and you are trying to play games or read. When I swipe/tap it will sometimes fall down. It also doesn't always stay in the higher position very well either. I don't try to prop it up much so overall I'm very happy with it and the price!

Very durable. Have dropped device in case a few times and case has protected without a scratch or nick to device or case.

Update Review - So, I have been contacted by MoKo after my initial review below. I did not like the weak magnet on the previous version and so they offered me to send replacement. The replacement was quite better than the previous one. It has a magnet that is strong enough to use this cover as stand in various positions. I am writing this update review after using it for few more days just make to ensure that the unit is better and works well. So, yes this is good. I also appreciate Moko for considering my feedback and helping me with replacement. It's great service and you do care about customer satisfaction, thank you!Original Review -Magnet is weak. You can't actually fold it and keep the tablet in desired position for various folding pattern, it just doesn't take the weight of tablet and easily falls down. You may just use it as screen protection and that's about it.

While I like this case for the way it covers the Galaxy Tab it fails as a stand. In the primary photo it shows the Galaxy Tab sitting up on the stand, unfortunately, it will not do this. The tablet is so heavy and the case is so light that it collapses every time. So if you are buying this for the stand aspect, find something else. But as a cover it is very nice. The auto on/off with the cover works great.Updated: 15 Jan 2015The company got in contact with me and immediately shipped out a better version which works very well as a stand. It is slightly thicker than the one I originally purchased but about the same weight. Upgrading my original rating.

For the price, you get what you pay for. It just comes down to what you are needing in a tablet cover. I mostly read or have it propped up on a pillow or the arm of a chair. The small stand just isn't large enough to hold it upright if it's not used on a stable flat surface. It was just too frustrating to use very long when it keeps falling over (i have a cat who loves to knock it down with his tail).I should also warn that if you travel with a tablet you shouldn't count on this case to protect your tablet. I'd expect it to keep it clean, turn on automatically when opened and protect from minor scratches and dings.

Not nearly as good as I expected, based on the reviews. One of the magnets came out of the case the first day I had it. A little bit of super glue took care of that. The stand function does not work at all. The magnet inside the case is not strong enough to hold the tablet in the standing position. It constantly falls over. Looks like I will be looking for another case. Update: this company has stellar customer service. They sent me a different model case at no cost to me. Therefore I'm upgrading this review to 3 stars. I was still not happy with the first case and believe this review needs to reflect that.

Excellent Quality case!!

Bought in December 2017. Nice unit, I like it. The weak point unfortunately is the bottom corners. They have slowly chipped off in small pieces, making the tablet very insecure in the case. Nice unit, Postscript - the supplier kindly sent me a replacement unit and so far it is performing well.
