Check the size before purchase
It was a bit smaller than I'd expected. However its very sturdy and lovely marbled coloured. Great for my home pilates and yoga, and light enough to take to the gym when they re-open.

Using these for extra ROM in the gym
So I've actually been using these a little differently than intended, to help me get a larger Range of Motion on exercises on gym machines.As an example, I'll use this on my gyms leg extension machine which gets a good stretch on the muscle but I have another 3-4 inches left on the movement if the machine would go further, so I'll use it in that scenario against the foot pad to help create a greater ROM, I've also used this on the Leg Press machine, below my lower back, and I think it would also work on the hamstring curl. but this might be hard to set upBlocks work great, and they're very firm

Helps if you are not flexible
Started yoga but I am not flexible (yet...hopefully...). So these help following along with most of the poses while still touching a surface. No smell and lovely fun design.
