Easy on the stomach
Great calcium supplement. I put it in cooked food and it doesn't hurt my stomach like the pills.

I add it to my coffee
So, I haven't done any bloodwork or whatever, and I can't tell you if I've absorbed this stuff. I feel like it's probably also impossible to tell if you're feeling much benefit-- and that's okay. That's what I expect from vitamin D and calcium, is to do invisible stuff to my skeleton and mostly imperceptible stuff to my body. Here's what I can tell you-- this helps make a great cup of coffee. Swedish egg coffee, which is the least bitter and acidic method of prepping coffee I've had, works in part because of the eggshell's calcium. tl;dr, you know how coffee erodes your tooth enamel? Put this stuff in your coffee, and it will both be less acidic, and less harsh on your enamel. It's way easier on your stomach and helps neutralize some of the bitterness. I do a tiny pinch of salt, a half-teaspoon of this stuff (if you happen to have a bamboo matcha scoop, that's perfect), and a little cinnamon in the grounds. I then put the same amount of this calcium in the coffee directly. The result is a gloriously smooth, far less bitter and acidic, just generally great coffee, assuming you start out with good grounds. Your teeth, your stomach, and your tongue will all thank you.

Bottle size
Item was good but would like it in a smaller bottle.

Powdered calcium? Yes!
I dislike swallowing pills. Sometimes I crush them in order to take them, so when I saw this powdered calcium, I had to try it. It doesn’t taste so bad, and I usually have to fill the glass up again because there may be a little residue, but that’s OK because it helps me meet my hydration requirements.

Does the trick
I have a lot of difficulty swallowing large pills so this is much easier for me. I’ve almost used the whole container and feel like I’m taking better care of myself.

Unable to swallow pills, but I now can FINALLY get enough calcium!
I am a thin woman over 40 and have known for a long time that I need to get serious about calcium but I can’t swallow those large pills it comes in so I have basically ignored it for the last ten years. But just this month I discovered that calcium powder was a thing! I can’t believe I didn’t know about this before! This stuff has no discernible taste, odor OR texture. It literally just disappears into whatever you add it to. Which is awesome because that means I can now add calcium to EVERYTHING — my morning oatmeal, smoothies, hot chocolate, even creamy soups... seriously if you struggle to swallow pills, buy this stuff. It is dirt cheap for the number of servings you get in a canister and you’ll hopefully be protected from age related bone loss.

Does not mix well
I find this to be like cement in my coffee. I even use a coffee froth mixer to try to blend it and it still sits at the bottom of my cup, and it is not pleasant! I need the calcium, but it does not look like this is going to work for me. I currently am using a liquid form of calcium which is not ideal, but it works. I had hope for this as I have coffee every morning and thought it would be an easy way to get my calcium for the day.
