Have been waiting to try and hook up a small PMW fan to my series s just to see how it would work. The fan header on Xbox series X/S’s is a 4pin micro GPU style plug. The CJR splitter works perfectly but I did have to cut the end off one of my noctua 4pin fan extensions and solder the male end to the stock series s fan so I could simply plug into the CJR splitter, went with a noctua 40x10mm PMW cooling fan for this set up and the series s has no issues powering stock exhaust fan and the noctua fan! No usb wires ran all over the exterior, noctua fan starts, revs up, revs down and shuts off as stock fan does with the PMW controls. Was a bit tricky getting the splitter and extra wires tucked into mobo shell but got it and have two 3-4 hour gaming sessions down with no issues. The CJR splitter is very good quality, sturdy plugs and all pins were nice and secure on all ends. Would buy again and recommend!

If your searching for a mini 4-Pin header found on some ITX motherboards like the Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Lite ddr5 or ddr4 then your at the right place. It is a quality made cable like the noctua splitter and works great for setting fan curves.

It seems well built and durable. The only issue I had was plugging it in. The raised rim of the shrink wrap near the connector made it slightly difficult to position the connector directly above the fan header because it kept running into the heat pipe on an MSI RTX 3070 ventus 2. I had to sand it down with a nail file!

Used this cable to replace the stock fans and shroud, on my 1070 Ti, with two 120mm Noctua PWM fans. The shrink plastic around the start of the wire, after the connector, makes it a bit hard to work with with tight clarence. I cut some of it off, without any issues though. Works perfectly, and now my GPU is cooler and quieter.

I have an RX 580 GPU that goes thru it's OEM style fans about every 8-9 months. I got tired of hunting down replacements and wanted to just ziptie some 92mm case fans on it, but I didn't want to ruin the 'factory wiring' on either the 92mm fans or the cards wiring harness. This allowed me to do that. The two 92mm fans plug right into this harness and the small 'micro gpu' end plugs right into the GPU circuit board. It actually runs cooler _AND_ quieter now. Now when I eventually go to sell the GPU, I can slap the factory shroud w/factory style fans back on the cooler and it should be good to go. Actually, this worked out so well I will need at least another one to keep on hand.

When my Zotac 1080mini started to make fan noise, I found I wasnt alone. My thoughts were to add it into my water loop and be done, but the cost was just not worth what buying two 92mm fans and a small franchise on cable-ties. Super happy to find that a cable like this already exists, which speaks to the population who do actually repair their own VGA cards. Its a very cheap ($30ish) to effectively make your card quieter and cooler which might have a positive impact on performance. The Amazon review for this asks me how warm, thick and sheer this item is, and I can wholeheartedly say that its just fabulous for all three.

Works as described. I use this to replace my noisy OEM GPU fan and use the GPU to control the case fans which directly blowing on the heatsink. My original GPU only came with one fan but with this splitter cable, it can drive both new larger fans. All fan features that came with the GPU driver/software work; the PWM, the RPM monitoring, they all work. I just wish they come with an L shape connector on the GPU side. It was a bit challenging to route the cable when the connector is directly behind a heatsink. But this problem is probably specific to each card and heatsink design, so I'm not taking any star off from this cable.
