Very Impressed
This bath caddy is amazing. Easy to install, Sturdy, long lasting and they’ve literally thought of everything. I’ve had one for 3 years and just bought another for my other bathroom. Definitely worth the money.

The trays sag a bit, but it works
I bought this because it had such good reviews here, and I was not disappointed. It's a good unit - the rod is metal, the trays are plastic. What I was concerned about was whether or not this would be able to hold those big shampoo/conditioner bottles that you get from Costco. You know, those big 40-ouncers. Well, the bottles certainly fit. But would the trays hold both the weight of the bottles, and the additional pressure of my pressing down on the pumps? The answer is a qualified yes. Yup, the trays can hold the weight of the big bottles, no problem. But when you press down on the pumps to dispense the shampoo, the trays sag. They DO "bounce back" and stay in place, where you put them. So far, so good in terms of the trays working well. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned that the trays were gonna crack eventually. If this is still working and in place say, a year from now, and I remember, I'll come back and update this review to 5 stars.

Reduced my tub shower clutter nicely. Easily installed.
Works nicely. I've got some large shampoo etc bottles on two shelves, and there's been no problem with the shelf sliding down. One thing I myself did not consider before this purchase was this: I realized after I installed it that you can't expect a plastic self-supporting shelf to withstand the downward pressure of pumping the bottles while they're sitting on the plastic shelves. Seems like it strains the shelf, etc. So I take the bottles off the shelf, put them on the tub floor, pump it there, then put it back after rinsing my hair. This unit is way better than the ones I tried for $20-30 from Ross and Marshalls. And, while it's not the same as having tile work done in my shower tub so I could pump the bottles while they sit in their storage spots, it's just fine for the price.I thought the two little short, lightweight plastic arms for drying things wouldn't work at all, but they do support hand washed underwear and it dries out ok! I don't think they'd support a large towel, however. This unit is designed well for what it is and for the price. I've had it up and in use for about two months, and it's not slipping or shifting position. The other shower caddies I tried wouldn't fit the space between my tub ledge and the ceiling. This one has fittings to go from floor to ceiling , like in a walk-in shower, or can fit a shorter space, like my tub shower.

Sturdier than anticipated
As the title says it’s sturdier than anticipated. I had low expectations because I’d seen videos for this and other similar caddies that seem they were about to fall over but I can move it and it doesn’t immediately fall over. I’ve had it up for a few days and so far no issues. That being said I put a lot of stuff on it but when it comes to the shampoos since they’re pump bottles I don’t pump the shampoo while it’s sitting on the caddy. I’ll pull it out get what I need and place it back into the caddy. I think if I did put the extra pressure from pushing down the shampoo pump that would cause it to fall.

Confusing Design
I bought this corner caddy for our basement shower, which is a standing corner shower with limited space.PROS1. I like the adjustable pole segment in theory - it allows the user to "dial in" the best length to fit their own space with plenty of tension on the spring to hold the entire thing in place.2. Can't beat the price if it holds up.3. Separate towel rods and four shelves provides plenty of storage space.4. The large pads on the ends allow for a lot of surface grip without damaging the floor, tub, or ceiling.CONS1. The design seems upside down to me. If assembled according to directions, the adjustable rod winds up at the top, and the set screw effectively blocks everything above that section from being used for shelves as that particular rod is a smaller diameter than the rest of the rods. I considered just reversing the setup, but that would put a lot of gaps open to water from above, which seems destined to shorten the lifespan of the unit. I solved this by removing half of one of the connecting rods with a hacksaw - not an ideal solution, but it seems to be working for now.2. I'm concerned that the rubber gaskets which hold the shelves in place are going to give out long before anything else does - they feel really flimsy and stretchy to me, and I imagine they'll be prone to rolling. I hope I'm wrong - if so I'll report back in six months and say so.On the whole, I don't think I'd buy this unit again, but let's see what happens.
