I recently purchased this durable lamp, and I'm really happy with it! The quality and price were great. The design is sleek yet rugged, made of sturdy metal with soft bronze streaks around its edging. The shade can tilt in any dirrect and locks into place. The hieght is adjustable also easlly locks into place. Most of all, I really appreciate the added desigh touch with the inclusion of two ring clips used to secure the cord to the stand. When the ring/hooks are placed in opposite directions, it allows the cord to be securely attached and provides fexablity when aligning the cord from the lamp to the wall outlet. It fits perfectly in my space and gives off just the right amount of light. I definitely recommend it. It's easy to assemble, but when assembling the pipe into the stand, carefully align the pieces so as not to strip threads.

I wanted a light to put next to my bed for when I read at night, but all I could find were those real tall ones and I didn’t want a light that would end up shining in my eyes. Plus, I have had two different tall pole lights and they’re not very sturdy. They’re not heavy enough on the bottom.But, This light is heavy and very sturdy and can be extended to be a tall lamp, but I slid the pole down far enough so that the lamp was just about at eye level and then I put a blue-blocker bulb in and turned the lamp straight up so the light is nicely diffused. I also love how versatile it is. Every part of it is adjustable, the pole and the lamp can be turned around and Also turned to focus on you or at the ceiling.I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone.

This is a solid lamp. It is well-built with a heavy base. Its all-metal construction will last for years and years. The lamp has an attractive distressed bronze/gold finish that works well with my rustic office decor. The bell head rotates 180 degrees so that if you want indirect light from above for photos and such, it's a nice feature. The lamp also has a bell head height adjustment and a left/right swing to its arm. It takes up to a 60W bulb max, so it is plenty bright in my 11 x 11 FT room. My husband liked it so much that I bought him one, too! We are very satisfied with the product and happy with the seller as well.

I put this lamp on a very narrow table 11 in. deep and 34 in. long. The lamp is too tall visually for my table, it is not a balanced look, however, I love the functionality of this lamp. This is a farm house/industrial/ rustic style, painted ( metal but I don't think it is real brass ) with a tiny bit of brass coloring showing through a mostly dark brown/black paint, with noticeable brush marks, in keeping with the rustic feel and I think it is attractive. The base of the lamp is very stable and I have not had any problems with it tipping over. The adjustability of the shade is great, although, I haven't adjusted it since I first set it up, soo, I don't know if it will remain snug after repeated adjustments.The height adjustability is great. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a smaller lamp for this size of table. It uses an LED bulb, which is what I wanted but the first bulb I put in was too large and hung below the shade by 3 inches and was blindingly bright. I reduced the wattage to about 11 watts LED Mid-color range and now the bulb fits nicely under the shade and has plenty of light for reading. I hope this Helps.

Needing to stay home much of the time these days with a husband who is disabled, I tend to order A LOT of things on line, and sadly, have come to just expect flaws with just about every product I receive, and then, determine if I can live with them. This lamp is no exception to that expectation.First, this lamp is packaged exceptionally well. You might need to run over it with a car for it to be damaged in shipping! Highly impressive packaging, slightly frustrating to remove it all, but, I'd rather it be packaged so nicely than have it broken in shipping.Secondly, it's relatively easy to assemble even if you don't look at the instructions. It's intuitive and I only had one small-ish issue due to the plastic piece that holds the shade in place being so tightly attached that I had to really twist to get it to come apart.This lamp is super sturdy! The heavy base has felting on the bottom to protect table surfaces, and overall, the materials are high quality, however, I couldn't give it five stars because one of the pieces (that is not adjustable) is slightly bent, which doesn't allow it to screw all the way down into the connecting piece -- it's okay for my purposes and can be hidden if I don't adjust the lamp to a taller position. If you stood and studied the lamp intently, you would notice that it's slightly off kilter, however, one would probably have to point it out for others to notice. It is a manufacturing flaw that I can live with. Others may not be so forgiving.All in all, I adore this lamp, and wish I could give it five stars, but, with the one manufacturing flaw, I can only manage four stars.

Very pleased with this lamp. I put it on my desk, great light, love the look, rustic sort of looking which I like.

This was easy to put together with the instructions. I love how you can adjust the height and the way the lamp can be adjusted also. Very good looking and fit in perfectly with my decor. I will say it is heavy so it will not move around, I put it on my night stand next to the bed.

We purchased this lamp for a living room side table lamp. We chose it for it's nostalgic look and to provide directional reading light. Seems durable and very well made. We have had it for a while now and really like it.
