Pros: This stuff works! I don't use it as a pre-workout because I workout at night, rather I take this stuff in the morning before I go to work and I feel amazing. This is by far one of the best products out there. The caffeine content is perfect and keeps me charged throughout the day. I will say, I only sleep about 5 hours every night because I have a busy schedule, with this, I don't even notice the lack of sleep... Might be a little unhealthy LOL.Cons: It cakes. This stuff clumps together hard. Everyone that is complaining about it on here saying that they throw it out is wasting their money. The label clearly states that this product clumps and to shake it hard (albeit shaking it doesn't do anything! I transferred this to one of my Nutri-bullet cups and I put it on the Nutri-bullet before I take a scoop. It is the only way to break the clumps down. Even after I do this, within about 30 seconds this starts clumping all over again.) This clumping has nothing to do with age, Silicon Dioxide (sand) is an anti-caking agent and they use very little in this product.If you're concerned about a little caking then use something else before you go to your Pilates class. If you want serious energy to push you through those extra few pumps, then this is the product for you.Shipper was great. They shipped quickly and followed up with an e-mail to ensure I was satisfied with the product. I can't complain. All around great and cheaper than anywhere else.

I've used this PWO for a couple years, typically in fruit punch, but always bought from Amazon. Pink Lemonade tastes okay, but has a weird aftertaste. Like many others, my container came with huge chunks, but I've had chunks before, so I threw it in a blender and made it into a fine powder. The next day, the entire container was again, a huge clump, and wouldn't break apart into a powder like it's supposed to be. I chipped off a few chunks and shook it up in water, downed it, and headed to the gym, only to have diarrhea the rest of the day and an upset stomach for a couple days after.I think this PWO has ran it's course with me, so I'm onto something new. It's great when it works, but you don't know what you're going to get when you order it, so I'd be cautious.

Having tried multiple other brands of pre-workouts I can say that this is effective. I have used this product for about two weeks (~9 workouts using it) now so I can say a little about its effectiveness. In the gym I can feel more energy at the end of a set (a little push to get the last rep out). There is the usual beta-alanine tingle that happens although it is not overwhelming. The pump associated with this is pretty stellar, although I do not know if that is a product of being able to push a little harder, or a product of the ingredients in Anarchy. One day I took it on an empty stomach and was pretty overwhelmed with its potency.When I opened the product, it was a clumpy mess and I took it for a quick spin in my blender to homogenize it. I have been using a spoon to cut reasonable sized "chunks" of the product to mix in a shaker cup. Once in the cup it blends fine, and the pink lemonade tastes decent, although I usually down it in a few big gulps.I would purchase again pending its effectiveness once I get to the end of the container. I have a tendency to habituate to pre-workouts and they quickly lose effectiveness.

The star rating on this product is subjective. If you want energy, this has got it! 5 stars in this category. The taste is not bad...3.5-4 stars. It does come in lots of clumps. In defense of the manufacturer, they do have directions on the top to shake the container to help break up the clumps. Make sure the scoop is not in the container when you shake as you can bury it. As for that energy part.....I work out solely in the late afternoon/early evening timeframe. On some occasions I would take 2 scoops of this product before my workout as directed and it would help me power through my workouts. The issue I would encounter is that I would still be wide awake at 11pm and have trouble sleeping the entire night. In my personal opinion, I believe this product has too much caffeine. Not for me but may be more appropriate for those who workout during the morning.

Not the most powerful pre workout I have tried, but I am still giving this a 5 star because is the most powerful one I have tried without any Creatine. I like to have break from creatine because I feel like my body becomes tolerance to it. Anyways, my work outs consist of 1 hour to 1.5 hours 4 times a week, and this gets me through it. I lift heavy, so compare to pre workout with creatine, the amount of how much I can lift does drop little.Now, this product is powerful, it has beta alanine, so it will make you tingle (I use 2 scoops). I have a busy lifestyle so some days, I can only get like 5 hours of sleep. Still, this gets me up and gives me a good workout season with no crashing later one.BTW, the clumping everyone complains of, it is caused by the ingredient in this product. Just shake it for hard, and let it sit for 20 seconds. It's on there website and it says so write on the tub.

I'm a 2 scoops kind of guy and I've been cycling Anarchy with other pre-workouts for about a year now. I keep going back to this one because it always gives me the clean energy that I need in the mornings for a good workout. The beta alanine is just enough to fight muscle fatigue while not giving you the tingling skin or itchy face effect.I've never really cared much for Muscletech's products until this one. They just done something right with it. As always, pre-workouts effect everyone differently. If you haven't tried this yet, give it a shot.I've read many reviews about it being clumpy. Mine was clumpy as well, not as bad as some of the others, but that problem is with the shipper and not the product itself, so the product gets 5 stars from me, while the shipper gets 2. The shipper should have enough decency to shake the tub and make sure that the product is in great condition before sending it out. If yours comes to your door so clumpy that it is impossible to use, send it back!
