Lenmar iPhone 6s Battery Case - iPhone 6 Battery Case, Portable Charger Case, iPhone Charger Case 3000mAh [MFI] Charging Case, RED

Initially, I was quite happy with the Lenmar MAVEN, as at ~$70 it was a good price (esp WRT Mophie), had very nice colors, and seemed to meet all of my needs. I bought a blue one for myself, and 2 months later a red one for my husband. The case was not too heavy, a LITTLE bit slicker than I preferred (but good for easily pulling it out of your pocket), and it would fully recharge a dead iPhone6 as promised. It came with a short extender cable for the the jack, as the hole in the case was very small (many earphone jacks would not work without the extender).Unfortunately, the micro-USB connector for recharging became unreliable about two months after I got it. At first, it was intermittent, and the phone would keeping beeping at me as it connected and disconnected, then I had to hold the plug at an angle for it to charge. Oh well, time to return for warranty work. This is where I am MUCH LESS HAPPY - they immediately charge you $7.50 (credit card or check) for processing the return. You then get to pay yourself for shipping and insurance - all they give you is a shipping label, NOT an RMA. They say they will look at it and decide to repair or replace (possibly with a refurb), or you can choose a refund. So, because of their poor component quality, I have to spend time packing it up and getting it registered/insured at some mail store/post office, and wait a couple of weeks to MAYBE get a refurb or refund.There are too many other good options out there in this highly competitive space for this to be acceptable, so I say to look at other brands.

It works. It won't tell you how much a charge is left, and it doesn't stop charging automatically when your phone's battery is full. I stopped using it because the iPhone 6s has great battery life, and this is too bulky to slip in my pocket comfortably. It's not heavy, but adds considerable weight to the phone.Say you leave for work, and want to make sure you have a good charge on this backup. You don't know how much charge is left. Sure you can plug it in, but I don't like to charge rechargeable batteries until they are completely empty. This may be old school thinking, but in general it's not good to charge a partially charged battery.

Ok. At first I thought this was such a great deal! The case fit didn’t add too much weight. I really liked it. It charged good in the beginning.. but now after about 2 months it doesn’t work. It will not charge if the phone is in the case. It will charge my phone while plugged in but if the phone is in the case it won’t charge the case. I have to take my phone out of the case and charge it alone. And then a full charge only charges my phone once. When it used to charge almost two full charges. It used to charge my phone fast but not it takes forever to charge my phone in it.

I use my phone for work and it always seems to be in use. Now even if I am on the phone when the low battery notification appears, one button press and I am good to go. I try to no let my charge get below 25% and most days I will get two charges out of the case (it all depends on what I am doing of course). So you can be aware, while it is charging it does get rather warm, you might want to be aware of what it is next to in case the other item is temperature sensitive.

I bought one of these in 2016 and it worked wonderfully until January 2019. Then the place to plug in my charging cord quit working and I was unable to charge the case. At that time this case was no longer available so I bought a cheaper one which made my phone overheat and I bought another cheaper one which the top kept falling off of and it finally quit working. When I saw this one available in March I said Hurray!! and I ordered it but this week the plug-in place quit working and I am no longer able to charge the case without holding the cord in a certain position and it gets really tiring so I’m buying a different one.I am sorry this is happening because I really really like these cases for the size, the texture, and for the speaker thing is at the bottom facing the front. Oh, well.

Best battery case ever. I used to have the lenmar battery cases for my iPhone 5, but then I upgraded to the six and immediately got this case. Although I do wish they had the gold finish case for this one. I have dropped my phone twice and this cover offers great protection. It is kind of on the hard rubbery side so when it falls onto the floor the impact is deflected by a small bounce. It's as if every concrete floor were covered with carpet. I am raving, but seriously I love this purchase. I will keep an eye out for the gold finish though. I gifted my boyfriend the blue version of these mavens and he loves it too. Not only that, to recharge it takes two hours, the last lenmar took at least 6 hours to recharge on a wall charger. Great improvement on the charging time of these cases. Now I can have my iPhone 6 fully charged anytime anywhere.

Great colour and I loved the case for the few weeks it worked! It's been almost exactly one month since I purchased this and it suddenly stopped working. The case is fully charged but it won't charge my iphone! Discovered this after getting to the venue for a concert tonight. Luckily I had a lightning cable and battery for my husband and I was able to charge my iPhone just fine with those. Just tested case still won't work.

Purchased 4 of these over the time span of a 1.5 Years. First one last 1 year worked great then just died. The last three however have last 2 months ,1 month and three days. These three charge the case when plugged in. When you attempt the use the case to charge the phone it does nothing. . I can not recommend this item. The case was light weight and protected the screen. The reliable is zero I have contacted the company in the past and got a replacement but this new problem I have gotten no response.

Okay, I like to use stuff for a while before I review it so this has taken some time.This thing is excellent.I've now used it for several months.I've dropped the unit with the iPhone installed several times, (by accident) soft floor/ hard floor, tile/ stone.Not a scratch to the case, not a mark on the iPhone.The charging unit is reliable and will give nearly 2 full charges or around 4 hours continuous streaming/ gaming.After several months heavy use t looks and performs like new.I love stuff that just works! *****

Needed a quick replacement for another battery case that died on me. Found this and ordered it. Must say I am very pleased with it. It's excellent quality a premium product at a very attractive price!

We bought this to provide an extra boost to my fiance's phone battery. He researched similar products on the market before ordering this one. As expected, it's absolutely fantastic, the case charges with the phone.It has also solved a problem with the charging port on his phone as it will now charge perfectly!We've been recommending it to all of our friends who have an iPhone 6(s) - if only they made these for iPhone 5(s)s!

Overall very happy with this product. Very simple sturdy design. Charges quickly and though it does make the phone a lot bigger and heavier I actually prefer it to the ultra slim iPhone 6 which I'm more prone to dropping or losing in my own house. This is a good value product. You can fit apple earbuds into the headphone socket but an adapter will be needed for any others.

Sadly arrived DOA - was able to charge the battery case but it would not charge the phone nor allow data through-connection. Returned to Amazon for a refund.

Product was an absolute lifesaver and perfect for me however 4 months in and its stopped working completely. Lights still show on the back as fully charged however it wont charge my device nor any other iphone i have tested it on. Extremely disappointing.

Just arrived today and I am already wondering how I managed without it! Comes with headphone extender and charger. Nice solid case, easy to fit. I love it!

Got this for my boyfriend as a present and he loves it! Easy to get on & off phone and just looks like a normal case, has a good charge and last all day!! Brilliant when we went on holiday as hardly had to charge the phone!

Brilliant case, cannot fault at all. Leave it to charge overnight with my phone attached, easily allows an iphone battery to last all day.

This works well on my 6s. It does add a bit of beef to the phone though.

This has just stopped working. I am told I cannot return it so feel very short-changed as this was not a cheap item.
