Fantastic product buy two
If I could give this thing 6 stars, I would do it.It is well worth the money. It is easy to use easy to clean up. I have 2 one at home and one at the office. And if I continue to drink tea like I do I probably will get another one and have it at my mother in law's house.

Love this infuser. Worth the money!
I love this tea infuser! I couldn’t wait to use it and it brewed perfect tea. My husband bought me the magnetic tea pot and infuser and the infuser cracked when I poured hot water into it Since it was after the return window, he messaged the seller to see what we could do or can we purchase another infuser. But he got no response. Sad, but that was a waste of money. I wish I had seen this before he purchased the other one. I recommend this for those that love brewing loose tea like I DO.

Great Tea Steeper
I absolutely adore my Aberdeen tea infuser. It is cute, elegant, and makes steeping loose leaf tea incredibly easy. I love how simple it is to assemble and clean, and the design allows you to see into most of the crevices, which really helps prevent mold buildup. The size is perfect for one person, although I do believe the brand offers a larger version if you want something more shareable. I have not had any issues with it. In fact, one of my family members loved it so much after trying mine that they asked me to get them one for their birthday. It is a great, lightweight, handy tea steeper, and absolutely worth every penny for tea drinkers.

Very easy to use, decently easy to clean if you can rinse, been using it quite a bit
Started drinking tea and decided to get a tea maker as I don't like tea balls or such (no place to rest them after I got my tea), so I decided to get one of these tea pots with bottom-release mechanism. The tea pot is simple and in clear plastic, there's nothing hidden away from your eyes. The top lid should probably flip up a bit more but it's big enough for my self-boiling kettle to pour water into. Inside is a removable inverted cone metal mesh filter that fits snugly into the bottom, and the bottom "push trigger" is nice a tight and I can see no leaks as long as the filter stayed in place and no tea leaves got into the mechanism. I rinsed the pot then started brewing. First I made sure the filter stayed in place, then I placed some loose tea in the brew area (I drink Angel Green primarily), then when water is boiled, I wait about 3 minutes (never pour boiling water over the tea leaves, you need it to cool down slightly) then pour it into the pot about 2/3 way up. Then I wait 50 seconds (but this is up to personal preference) then I placed the pot over my Tervis cup to trigger the release. Technically the Tervis cup is a little bit too big for the tea pot, but if you place it carefully it'll still trigger and stay stable over the cup. Wait for the tea to drain. Place the teapot back on the round "mat" (just in case it leaks) and enjoy your hot tea. NOTE: the same tea leaves can be left there and brewed 4-10 times by just adding hot water depending on how strong you want your tea. Cleaning is easy, Turn the teapot unside down and dump the damp content into the trash or compost. You may have to use your fingers to dig out some stuff, and use water to "flush" out the really loose bits. Rinse, and it's ready for the next batch. Anyway, the teapot works great as a single person brewer for all kinds of tea, or maybe for two people if you use smaller cups (8 oz or smaller). The bottom drain mechanism means you don't have to worry about pouring. It makes a great gift to a tea drinker.

Well-made and ready to clean tea infuser.
Well made and perfect size for a large cup of tea. It is easy to clean with a removable filter. However, it unfortunately does not fit the GROSCHE Cyprus 16 fl. oz Double-Wall Glass Mug.

Most favorite tea accessory EVER
I'm a hardcore tea drinker and have been looking for something that would reliably make looseleaf tea quickly and without much fuss. I was incredibly surprised at how simple and yet elegant this brewer is. Just one spoon of looseleaf tea and hot water from our electric kettle makes a crazy good 1000ml of perfect tea that is super easily dispensed without drips from the bottom. And so far, no tea fines - the mesh strainer is keeping the funky stuff out of the cup. I really appreciate the Tritan plastic because we haven't found any glass pitchers that can handle the boiling water. Also love that it is dishwasher safe, but I rinse mine out immediately after brewing with no trouble. So far, no drips from the bottom mechanism either. Goodbye tea balls and other devices that have been so disappointing. I can't recommend this tea infuser enough!

It's a good product
While sold as a tea infuser, I use it as a coffee infuser to replace an older, totally worn out Teavana unit of the same size. I think this one is better, to be honest. The screen at the bottom is larger, and the unit is sturdy, and of excellent quality.

I was looking for an alternative option for steeping a single serving of loose teas (the typical tea balls and infusers are annoying to fill and clean IMO.) This product seemed ideal but I was a bit wary because of the negative reviews about quality and cleaning. But because it ships from Amazon, I ordered it knowing that I could easily return it. It's actually better than I expected. In my opinion, the negative complaints are simply not valid. Made of good quality plastic, the components fit together tightly and it operates well. It just feels like a high quality product. It's easy to clean -- I just rinse it out under the tap. I haven't even found it necessary to remove the fine strainer, but the stick style handle makes it easy. It's a tight friction fit, just push it back into place. Use the handle to push it down obviously, but I think it would be difficult to puncture the mesh screens with your fingers. The strainer works well with both larger leaf teas and more finely ground loose teas. The mechanism which opens the valve to drain into the cup or mug you place it on is simple and does not drip. It drains quickly but not so fast that you could overfill your cup without noticing. If the diameter of your cup or mug is smaller, you just place it offset to one side and it still works perfectly. Honestly, I like everything about this product, and can't think of anything to improve it. (Buying this company's products helps fund clean drinking water projects, that's just a bonus which doesn't factor into my evaluation.) This isn't a product for traditional porcelain tea pot people. But other tea drinkers should seriously consider purchasing it.
