I bought this for my son's father and he absolutely loves it! Bright LED lights on the front light the floor up in the dark and can see all the dog hairs. Light weight, not very loud like others. Has alot of power to be so little. The design is so great! Being able to take the handheld vacuum right off the front is a game changer, instead of having to disassemble the handle and end piece to get to it. It works very well on hardwood floors and battery last a good while. Never clogs up with that awesome filter, hair just wipes off filter and the inner filter traps all the dust. He tells me how much he loves this vacuum cleaner on a weekly basis. Worth every penny!!!

Update: after slightly more than a year of use daily for about 10 minutes at a time, the floor brush head has completely stopped working. The light is out and the brush head won’t spin . I have cleaned everything out but it appears to be an electrical problem. Shame, because this is a back saver for me since it is so lightweight and easy to use. Guess I’ll have to find another solution.After reading mixed reviews I was cautiously optimistic. Well, I am positively in love with this vacuum! I have a small space and it is perfect. The first time I used it I had vacuumed with my large vacuum the week before. This thing picked up 1.5 bins of dirt, cat hair, threads from my sewing room, and cat litter, without hesitation. It took about 20 minutes to do the whole house. The battery lasted for the duration. The next day I did it again and it picked up another half bin full. The multiple speeds and ways to use it are a bonus. I’m not yet sure about durability, but B&D usually makes quality products. I love this vacuum so much I ordered a second one to put at the other end of the house.

Absolutely love this little cordless vacuum. It is so easy to use for quick clean up after the kids track some dirt in or the dog does his back scratchen roller over in the livingroom during the shedding season.... lol. I actually bought this for my 90 year old aunt to use and she had a problem emptying the canister and plugging it in when done. This had nothing to do with the vacuum I promise you.... lol. So I have a great canister vacuum, the plug in kind, I've had for years but after using this I decided to keep it because it fits in the pantry with ease and it's just so easy to grab and run over the entryway mats and runners for the dog door. It was one of the cheaper one when it came to price but it works like any good brand name one. Give it a try and I think you'll like itAfter a month I have never ran out of battery, I think it claims 40 minutes of run time on the lower of the 2 speeds but I always use the higher speed. Just to be clear I still use my regular household canister vacuum when I'm vacuuming the whole house witch is 2200 square feet but if you had a smaller place like a one or two bedroom condo or apartment this would be all you need or for just hitting the high traffic areas every or every other day like myself it is Perfect and in my opinion 5 stars all day long!!! Small vacuum cleaner that works wells around your entire floor space. Easy to manever around and you can keep it charged and ready to use.

My house has tile floors only and I have 2 dogs, which means you have to sweep or vacuum often unless you want to make a sweater out of all the dog hair that falls daily! Lol.I own a Shark stick vacuum (corded), which is fantastic as far as suction power goes. However, the corded part is attached to the main part of the vacuum (the part that holds the dirt/dust). This means two things: the main part is not huge, so if you want to vacuum the whole house, you'll have to stop to empty it in the trash, which leads to the second thing: the corded part is attached to that part, and that means that you have to unplug it and take the cord/plug with you to the trash no matter where in the house you are. It's rather inconvenient. I opted for just sweeping the floors more often because I didn't want to play the cord game every time.Cue this amazing little number! The fact that its cordless has turned me into a little vacuuming queen! Even my husband is like, "What's your obsession with that thing? You're always vacuuming!" Ha! It's easy peasy, that's all I can say. It's lightweight, it's easy to keep in a corner while it's charging, and I really appreciate the 2 in 1 capability. Oh, and the light! I love the light. This has replaced my Shark because I truly don't have a need to use it. I just joked the other day that I need to buy a back-up of this one, in case it ever dies and I can't revive it.If I had to list a Con, it would be that even after it being fully charged, if I vacuum my whole house (not too big, short of 2,000 sqft), I can do so, but if I turn off and turn back on (say I missed something), it may die on you or slow down. So, the charge doesn't last for hours. However, definitely NOT a reason to not buy it. I love it! I use it almost every day (totally helps the dog hair situation).I hope this review helped you with your decision! I paid less for this than the Shark and it's worth it!
