There is two small strips of adhesive that will keep it in place in your underwear, unless you go commando, then you would have to tape it to your butt.

Is this a serious question? I'm going to half assume that it is. Subtle Butt pads are made using activated charcoal, which is carbon, but it is not sourced from a certified organic source. Carbon and charcoal do not have a genome to modify, so they are not genetically modified. The outer casing is synthetic, most likely petroleum based, so is not organic, but again, no genes to modify. The packaging is plastic, so it is not organic, no genes here either.
